Don’t come here if you want fast food! All the employees are chatting waiting for my food I’ve been at the window for 7 mins. There goes my lunch break

A very clean establishment, which is a great quality and the staff is very friendly. Only down side are the prices, it doesn’t reflect the quality of the food.

I went in today and order deluxe dogs and the whole time I am there
The shift manager is wiping his nose and putting it on the shirt in front of me
The food was cold and the place smelled dirty

Fast food locations always get quick review from me since they are typically all the same.

The one word that describes this Wienerschniztel is: NASTY!
I have been here numerous times and the last time I went here my visit went from bad to worse.
As I was waiting in line (mind you I was the only customer in line) I had to wait 5 minutes just to get acknowledged due to the fact management was trying to fix another customers order they had done wrong. Finally after I said something they helped me out. I ordered my food and the wait was an additional 20 minutes due to the fact that they were STILL trying to fix the same customers order. By this time, 3 – 4 patrons ordered after me and we were all getting inpatient. Finally the manager gave us some nasty deserts for making us wait so long.
When I got back to work and tried the food, it was all burnt and old. It was my coworkers first time having Wienerschnitzel after 8 years, and will probably be his last time ever having it again.
The staff and management team here are a bunch of «n00bs» that don’t know how to run a business. I would recommend you try the awesome chinese fast food place located in the same shopping mall.

OK yes this is the most unhealthiest food you can eat. BUT I LOVE THEIR CHILI CHEESE FRYS! $ 4 for fries and a drink, 500+ calories later. SO WORTH IT! yum yum yum!

Every now and then you crave a chili dog. Its a weird craving but I actually had one the other day so I decided to drive down here to get some grub.
They had a deal going called the $ 3 deal. You get 2 chili dogs and a chili cheese fries. Pretty good deal so I ordered that. As I was sitting in the drive through and pulled up to the window, the lady asked me what I had ordered. She got confused by something… I think maybe their computer system was down or something but anyways… after about 3 minutes she apologizes and hands me a bag of food. Good thing I checked because it was the wrong stuff. It was a hamburger and some chili fries. I pull over and go inside and explain the dilemma. I hand them the bag of food and they ask me what I had originally ordered. I told them and they got me my food asap. They then tell me I can take the other bag home too since they cant resell it. So I go from being a little pissed off to feeling like Lloyd and Harry from Dumb and Dumber…“Just when I think you couldn’t possibly be any dumber, you go and do something like this… and totally redeem yourself!” It was a nice gesture and even though I didnt eat any of it, it was cool they hooked it up.
The food was just ok. Nothing special but it did satisfy my craving. 2 stars for the food but an extra star for the hookup of the food since they messed up.
