Walked in with no expectations to see what kind of deals they had. I was looking for a laptop but of course don’t really have money to buy one cash. Walked into the el cajon mall and saw this store location so went in and walked out with a brand new laptop with easy affordable payments per month. Really happy to see this and will be back for a TV and possible furniture. Come see these people for a great deal

These guys are great! They really make it easy and affordable to furnish my apartment. The prices are very good, and being able to pay it off over time, especially with my poor credit score, is so helpful. Just payed off my couch and heading back in fir a dining room set :)

Yes Stores is a awesome store, the people who work there are awesome and amazing too, they will get you any product you want, and they will most certainly work with you and your payments (I know from experience). The store is always clean, and very stocked with the latest and greatest products. Its a very friendly environment, everybody in there treats like you are family. Ive dealt with some of the other stores that are a similar business, and those people treat you like crap, they see you as a dollar sigh, yes stores are all about their customers, and making them happy. Ive referred quite a few people to yes stores and they have taken very good care of them, i will continue to refer people to yes stores.
I don’t do reviews, because i don’t really know what to say, but i can say so many wonderful things about Yes. Go say Hi to them at Yes, you wont be disappointed, you will be very glad that you stopped in.

I love shopping here and I always prefer dealing with a local family run business… I have been buying merchandise from Yes for the past 3 years and have only had great experiences. I got my TV, Living Room, mattress and laptop from them and was treated great every time. I have sent my mom and sister to them also and they have also bought a lot of stuff and have also always had great experiences. My credit is pretty bad but that has never stopped them from treating me with respect and giving me the best payment plan in San Diego… Highly recommended…5 stars

My husband recently had back surgery and we were looking for a new mattress. I was confused about where to go but a friend had bought furniture at Yes Store and told me to check them out. I was happily surprised at the great selection and prices they had but was even more pleased by the service. From the manager to the delivery guys… everything about the experience was fantastic. They were very patient with us as we knew nothing about mattresses. Fast forward… the mattress has changed our lives as my husband can finally have a peaceful night’s sleep for the first time in years. I was so happy with Yes that I went back and furnished a guest bedroom I had wanted to change out for years. I highly recommend Yes Stores to everyone I know. We will definitely be going back for more.

I love Steve! He is so funny and kind. Everything in our house we have bought from them :) they get their merchandise from the Ashley Home and Furniture Store so if it’s a little pricy that’s why. What I love about the yes store is that you pick the item that you want and then they do a 6 month pay plan with you. So you basically rent it for 6 months then it’s yours to keep after that :) Steve told me that even if you don’t see what you are looking for in the store you can go online to the Ashley store and he can order anything from them so you aren’t restricted to just the stuff that you see. We have never ever had a problem with them. A job well done to Steve and his crew :)

Great Store! I have been getting stuff from Yes Store in El Cajon for years. Furnished my entire home from them because they have a great selection and have also bought TVs and computers for my kids. They have the best deal in SD if you want to make payments (I’ve checked out everyone else). It feels like dealing with people you know because it is family owned and they are always there in the store and they treat you very special. I tell all my friends to check them out, and they always thank me.

I guess if you want to be treated like trash by condescending, self-​righteous sales people trying to shove over-​priced items down your throat, then this place is for you. Personally, I like to be treated with respect (especially if I’m trying to buy something from your store!!!) so I would recommend staying away from this place. Maybe the sales person and his manager were simply having bad days but it is still no excuse for their rudeness. I was immediately turned off by the demeanor of the «used car salesman» approach and once I saw their prices (which I saw for a lot less online) I politely said I wanted to think about it and was leaving when they said «you’re very welcome for wasting our time today.» I’ve been in sales for 9 years myself, and have never even come close to saying such a thing to a customer. Anyways, don’t want to ramble too long, just wanted to give my feedback :)

Bought a nice living room set with an intricate wood trim. When it was delivered, 2 or the three tables were damaged as well as the wood on the couch. The replacement tables came in about a month later — one of those was still damaged. I gave the delievery guys a break by telling them they could combine the 2 «good» pieces of the table and call it a day. They sent a guy in the «repair» the wood on the couch (what happened to a flat out replacement??) when the guy came to «repair» the couch, he didnt have any tools? He asked me if he could barrow mine? He still couldnt do anything so he took my number and said he would call me back… never did. I called the guy I bought the set from, he was a total jerk, and told me that it was basically my fault that the couch was not repaired yet. I have been waiting for 3−½ months. The guy I spoke with I believe his name is Steve was very rude. He would not let me get a word in without talking over everything I would say, I finally got so pissed off for having to talk over him to get my point across that I began cussing, and he said that he knew I was going to react that way — insinuating that he was expecting me to be some ghetto low life — over all bad person. I would not recommend buying anything from this place — YES they will give you a good price, but it isnt worth it because you get ripped off in the end. BUYERS BEWARE!
