Okay, so it’s super getting dark and I’m on the hunt for my sisters Christmas present. I went to just about every other jeweler in El Cajon looking for a nice cross to get her. No one really had what I was looking for, until I stopped here! I met and spoke with Jack, who I believe is the owner. First off, let me say how absolutely beautiful this place is. Everything is so clean and elegant, I’d want to come back just to look at how beautiful the place is. So after looking at all sorts of jewelry pieces, Jack brought out a gorgeous piece that I fell in love with. He gave me an amazing price, matched the cross with a chain and had it cleaned and ready for me. This was one of the best experiences I’ve ever had at a jeweler. I would recommend it to anyone. Thank you so much Jack, she loved the necklace!

Absolutely loved this place. Amazing service and not only a friendly staff but I felt as they are family. We will ALWAYS be their loyal customers and will always recommend them. The first time I went in I got to know them personally and what they do. The second time I went I bought my wife a beautiful bracelet. The third time we went in, they did more than an amazing job on fixing my wifes wedding ring. The previous jeweller had screwed it up so bad that she was so heart broken. After taking it here to my brother khaled, he took care of us and saved the day!!! My wife was more than ecstatic and we really can tell how much effort they had put in to make it look this amazing. They work from their hearts (which is very rare to find these days) and you will not be disappointed in what they do or the service. You will not be just another customer or a number to these guys because they are amazing professionals.
Ps: The girl three comments down with a one star rating (Alex). You are obviously mistaken about your review. I took a look to see why you posted what you did and with some curiosity decided to view your other reviews. First I understand the whole door thing because it just takes a while to open when they press the key, obviously for security reasons. Second thing I noticed, you really have nothing pleasant to say unless a place is super cheap or you get your moneys worth and than some. Well sorry to burst your bubble but if you cant afford luxurious things please stop going to places out of your price bracket. Not everyone is after a quick buck, some do quality work and you obviously dont know what your talking about since most of your reviews are on food or leisure. Stick to those reviews instead of writing a negative review about a business you only had a one encounter with and called to curse someone out like a child who did not get their way. GROW UP!!!

Came in for JUST an appraisal to know what my ring was worth and they tried saying that my EGL certificate was invalid. I was shocked! I said crap… were we totally scammed when we bought it?! I walked out confused then was going to go back to see if he had an 800 number for how to verify what he was saying and he locked the door!!! I’m a 5 foot 1 chick! Really I’m a threat! Lol! I never felt so disrespected in my life! Sooooo I verified with not one but 2 reputable chain jewelries that it was actually valid. I sold the ring easily. At the time I was just looking for an appraisal… in the event that I was interested in selling… in summary they are not familiar with EGL certs and didn’t bother to go through a verification process… it seemed like he was JUST going with his gut. I’ll never recommend this place to anyone. Their response below just further justifies my review and experience… if he felt the diamond didn’t match the certificate then it would be nice if they’d help me telling me what to do next… that experience really scared me… I’m not an expert… but keep in mind that others checked my diamond against the cert and they said it did match… again I’m not an expert that’s why I came to them… smh…

I love this place! Prices are reasonable in comparison to other jewelers and Yacoub is one of the nicest, friendliest faces you will ever see. Whenever we go we forget why we went there because we get lost in chit chat and conversation with him lol

I had few sliver spoons and platters /​trays as well as other small silver items. They were able to tell me which is silver & which is not & saved me a heck of a lot of time and anguish.
They are a group of 3 brothers and a friend of theirs who is a business partner.

They keep there customers happy and kept me satisfied with the results.

My son was getting married and we have been searching a place to get one. Every place we went to they tried to rip us off. So we went to Khaleds place and what service we got. I’m glad we came here. I now refer people to go there and now they all say the same thing. Thank you for all you do.

My closest friend from college recommended Zakaria Jewelry to help me design a custom engagement ring for (so long as she says YES) my soon to be fiancé.
We’d looked around at several designs and there were a few aspects between a couple of rings she loved. Khaled was so great to work with in getting this ring custom made. He walked me through the ins and outs of everything from metals, to diamonds to the aesthetics of how each play in to effect with another. I’d post a pic to see the AMAZING work done but can’t ruin the surprise just yet, in case wondering eyes see the final product before the right time. By far the best of the best if you are looking to get something custom created. These gentlemen are beyond fair in price, you receive quality crafted work and service from people that really care about what they’re doing. I plan to be a long time time customer!

Great jewelry shop! Quality items at very fair pricing. Store is very nice and the associates were friendly and willing to answer questions and make suggestions. Ended up with some diamond stud earrings for my wife that ended up appraising for significantly more than I paid. Great experience.

Every jewelry place that I was going to I couldn’t find the cross that I was looking for. Every place that I went to I was not satisfied. I stopped by Zakaria Jewelry and found and amazing cross that I have never seen before. The service was excellent and the prices are great! I recommend everyone to go here.
