I love this store! Although there was plenty of staff around, all dressed nicely and very helpful the dressing rooms were very dusty and dirty.

Went in the store early in the morning their was probably 1 other person in the store. I usually don’t shop at this store I usually visit the stores in San Diego they are usually very polite and acknowledge your presence. This express store I couldn’t even get an acknowledgment or even helped. JUST ATTITUDE.
I had several items I was going to purchase until a female came from the back door with a cart of items inside and she said oh excuse me. I guess I was in her way. I told her cant you go around. She said I am going around that’s why I said excuse me. And mumble a few things after that. Then I told her I’m going to assume you’re not talking back to me, sure enough she continued talking back to me. I went to where she was at ask for her name and left all the clothes that I was going to purchase on the counter she was by. Told her thank you and walked away paid my bill statement and talked to the manager about the incident that had just happened. He said he would talk to her. If he does good if he doesn’t then that’s fine. But I’m definitely call their corporate office.
CUSTOMER SERVICE AT THIS STORE SUCKS!!!
