So I was out shopping yesterday at my local organic grocery. Looking over in the produce section I saw what appeared to be collard greens. Yes collards, but HUGE. They looked leaves from a Giant Gunnera plant, commonly known as Dinosaur Food.
I only brought one bunch home ‘cus I had to fold them both vertically and horizontally just to fit them into the produce sleeve.
The leaves measured 15″ across.
Unbelievable and delicious, I hope to find more from Joe Heger farms in the future.
