Quest Diagnostics

Getting blood drawn is not a fun experience, so the 5 stars I’m giving Quest Diagnostics is for the service and the cleanliness. It is far, far above average in both aspects.
It is a clean, well maintained environment, and despite having tons of patients daily, the bathrooms are never gross. Super important.
I came in for a 3 hour blood glucose test and was not looking forward to it. The staff was very helpful and friendly, and I was informed that there was a separate waiting area for pregnant women… which was INCREDIBLY helpful. It was less crowded, had more comfortable chairs and easy access to the bathroom. It exceeded my expectations and made the whole experience much more bearable than I was anticipating.
