Horrible customer service. This is the second time this has happened. Was in there about 15 min and no one offered to help me find anything or even acknowledged i was there. Even walked passed me! Another lady tried to ask a girl a question and she turned her head and said «oh, I’m off» and kept walking… WTH?! So rude… Idk who these B’s think they are. Get over yourselves… Never going there again…

This Sephora just recently opened at the Imperial Valley Mall. I’m definitely stoked about there finally being one here however the service is horrible. I think the experience would be 10 times better if Sephora hired more friendlier employees :)

HORRIBLE SERVICE!!! I waited for about 15 min for help. Never got noticed, or if i did i got ignored. Plus the girls where to busy putting on their makeup on the job!!! I prefer the Sephora in San Diego the girls are WAY helpful and WAY more knowledgable about the products you want more info about and what they are for. Only giving it two stars just because it’s sephora and i love their makeup not the service.

This Sephora just opened inside the JC Penney at Imperial Valley mall, and it is fabulous! Great staff, nice and clean and the Sephora is huge. I couldn’t be happier to have this 5 minutes away from my house. No more driving an hour or more to get my beauty fix. This Sephora is actually a lot bigger and better than some locations in San Diego. My wallet is crying already.
