This place has always been a great place to take the kids while my wife shops at Ranch 99, however the vagrants and homeless have ruined it. They are throwing trash and broken alcohol bottles everywhere and using the bottom of the creek for their personal bathroom. It’s become completely disgusting and if I lived in this neighborhood of families, I would raise hell with the City. Unfortunately the liberal politics of SF and Oakland are migrating and turning this nice park area into a community cesspool.

Linking Albany Hill to Cerrito Creek, this park is pretty much hidden. I like to stroll alongs its sunny path from either end, really. At times, when the folks are slow at Ranch 99, doing their thing, I, the dutiful daughter who accompanies, waits outside and strolls along here to whittle away the time. Other times, I have also whiled it away from the sunny end near Peets, and also that Cleaners store. Hidden little park. I would suppose that only the locals know from where it starts, to where it leads!
