— Private parking lot but can get full because it is shared with other businesses (street parking is available too)
— The place is rather small and get rather stuffy/​hot
Definitely my new salon to go to instead of going to other salons in the area which require appointment only and their prices are higher than other prices. Check this place out if you haven’t already! You won’t be disappointed!

I came in for the first time the other day after ready some okay reviews. I decided to give it a try since I was in the area. I called around 11am to make a pedicure appointment for 2 ppl. Around 12pm I called back asking if I’d be able to come in a bit earlier and if there was anyone to start working on us right away. Lisa reassured me that it was ok and someone would be able to work on us as soon as we got there; which was 12:15pm. Once we walked in, we were told to have a seat in the spa chairs. While we were seated another client came in and asked if she could also have a pedicure. Lisa said yes and had her also soak in a spa chair. Mind you there was only 3 ppl working including Lisa and each person already had a client they were working on. I sat there soaking in water for a little over 35 mins (12:50). As I was getting my service done (while my friend still say there soaking) the other client who came after is said she needed to be out of there by 1:30 and none of the staff were free, but Lisa so MONEY HUNGRY she told her to stay and wait. So Lisa rushed my service cutting me and stuff and a messy paint job to go work on the other client. After my service was done, my another staff started on my friend. Lisa needs to get her shit together. It was unacceptable that Lisa could treat her clients like this.
I will NEVER be returning and I really really don’t recommend other come here either. Bad service and crappy job.
Yes, they do give you a bottle of water and massage you after, but that doesn’t make up for shit. My toes looks nasty!

I’m not gonna lie… I was skeptical because nail places in general scare me. This was by far the war pedicure I’ve ever had in my 25 years on earth. The staff is just as hilarious as they are skilled. Definitely going to make this my new nail spot. They offer you water which is always a plus. Oh, and you get a bomb neck, shoulder, and back rub with your mani!!! Love this place!!!

I love coming here! Lisa and Ken are so nice and they both do a really great job. ken has been doing my nails for about 10 years and I normally get gel nails and pedicure. I will always come back and the prices are very affordable!

I give two stars because they’re always sweet, Ken is funny, and the pedicures are fantastic. They have a huge selection of gel colors and they carry OPI infinite shine, which I have yet to see at any other nail salon. My best friend and I were coming here for mani pedis after trying shop after shop and finding issues with each one we tried, and we thought we had found our final salon, but I think I won’t be returning after our last visit. My gel manicure was awful this last time. Cute color, horrible application of the polish. A few of my nails weren’t even covered completely, half were shiny, half were dull, and all of them had polish that was stuck to my skin. When I tried to get the polish off my skin, it ruined my nails. THE SAME DAY. I didn’t have time to go back and didn’t in the following days because of my crazy work/​school schedule. I’ve never had such a subpar gel manicure in the entire time I’ve been getting gel manis. I spend the extra $$ because with my line of work, it’s the only thing that stays on and won’t chip and get all busted after a couple days, but I feel like I threw twenty dollars in the garbage. Like I said, the pedicures are amazing and the prices are good, but I kind of can’t believe they let me go with my hands looking like that. Maybe I’ll come back for pedicures… but probably not.

Great prices, very nice people. The guy that works there is really funny and cracks some good jokes!

My BFF found this place in our quest to find a nail salon that could get the job done !! She stumbled on this little gem in El Cerrito and we are hooked !! Lisa, the owner has done a fantastic job giving you quality and add on for the same price. What do I mean ?? The pedicure comes with sugar scrub, lemon and hot stone !! You receive a massage while you wait for your nails to dry and all of this is for no extra charge !! Lisa and her team ensure that you have a great experience and it feels like upscale salon service ! Water is offered at the beginning of your service. If you want quality for less, this is your place !! Nails last 2 or more weeks (gel mani and reg pedi).

I came in right after work, made an appointment and they took me in for a Mani/​Pedi. Suprisingly, everyone who worked there was nice, friendly and funny. They didn’t make you feel as though they were talking about you (in their language), and or therefore make you uncomfortable — like other nail places I go to.
I felt comfortable walking into this nail salon. Vee sat me down to do my pedicure, she gave a bottle of water, and then pulled out a plastic bag to cover the bowl before turning on the water. I liked that — only for sanitary reasons. Vee was very careful and gentle with my pedicure, did not hurt at all when she cut my ingrown nails.
Love that they also massage lemon to your feet towards the end.
I even got a little back massage after I was done with everything, felt good!
Gel Mani/​Reg Pedi $ 40 — cheap compared to most places. You get a $ 5 off stamp card when you come in 5 times. This is my new nail spot from now on. Love it!

I came to this place because my favorite acrylic manicurist Ken moved here.
I got there by BART and walked around 7−10min from El Cerrito plaza station.
Prices are very reasonable. The salon is small but clean.
Wish they were a bit closer to Berkeley.

Lisa and her team are the best! Im so happy I found them. I come here every 2 weeks to do nails, waxing etc! They do an amazing job each time. I love when they offer me FREe water, candies and a quick back massage. I highly recommend this place.

this business has changed ownership–

Lisa is super sweet and did my nails so good. Got a gel overlay with polish. They have plenty of OPI Polish to choose from and offer you a water while you wait. The shop is new and very clean. The prices were reasonable and they also offer a stamp card for a 5 $ off coupon after 5 visits. Love this place!
