horrible servce, sloppy job of preparing the sandwhich didnt even cut it all the way. kept talking to eachother while helping customers. just avoid this place

This location has gotten better in the last few years. While they are not overly friendly, they have at least not messed up my order recently. The shopping center can be a bit iffy at times with some homeless hanging around the parking lot but in general it’s a pretty good neighborhood location.

I think this is a franchise location which explains their sloppy service. This subway lacks major customer service and attention to detail. Don’t go here unless you are starving and can’t wait to get to another subway or another restaurant altogether.

well I have been using subways for years, and this one has to be the worst, just check out the Unilocal reviews for it, the lady who owns this is always rude, never seems to be running the NATIONALSTOREWIDE deals, oh and also I am a veteran so i call ahead to see if they are honoring your free 6 inch sub, of course not, this lady that runs this place is running your store name into the ground, she does as she sees fit and never honors coupons or deals. this subway has to be THEWORSTSUBWAY I HAVEEVEREXPERIENCED, Seriously check out the Unilocal reviews

The best subway in the world is worth 3.5 stars… but this might be the worst subway I’ve been to yet. The sandwich makers are always sloppy with their technique, and SKIMPY with the meat. Maybe they aim low because of the typical riff-raff clientele that wanders down the street from El Cerrito High School. Avoid. Go to Angelo’s or Zarri’s — or if you have to get Subway; drive to the Subway by Target off Macdonald

This place only gets a second star from me because of the convenience of this store. One of the women here pretends to cut the bread in two, but she never finishes the cut and just rips it in half, which mutilates my poor sandwich. Now that the bread is ruined, either of the two women there pay minimal attention to my specific sandwich requests. A little bit of oversight from some kind of actual management would go a long way towards fixing this Subway.
