My favorite thing at Baskin Robbins is a banana royal. This was the worst one I’ve ever had. The hot fudge had the hard candy consistency of taffy. There was only one scoop of ice cream, and the girls told me that was correct. It’s always been two. I was disappointed.

Baskin Robbins is a middle of the road Ice Cream brand. Nothing spectacular about it but not that bad either. Nice place to take the kids for a hassle free and convenient stop for an afternoon treat. Its a good location next to starbucks and inside a togos. Pet shop and valero on each side. The inside is your typical BR. Pretty clean most of the time but tables sticky sometimes. I highly suggest eating outside so you can people watch too :)

Gayle, the Kid and I got a late start recently as we headed from Pleasant Hill(CA) to Genoa(NV). I was late returning from work, while Gayle handled my Son’s dental appointment. They also had something to eat before we departed together. By the time we reached El Dorado Hills(the informal half-way point), the car was in need of fuel, as was I. TOGO’s was an easy walk over from the Valero gasoline station, which also gave Gayle the chance to take the pups for a walk. Baskin-Robbins and TOGO’s are in the same room, but operate separate cash registers. This Baskin-Robbins is what you would expect in terms of selection, quality, and young friendly service. I bought the Kid some ice cream, which he was pleased, and I got a taste. At the same time, Gayle and I went for something more substantial at TOGO’s. There’s common seating, but we headed on down the road.

Went there with my husband. We love Baskin-Robbins, always a good experience except for this one. I always order a Banana Royale so I know how they are suppose to taste, this one was awful, the ice-cream seemed old and the marshmallow cream was chewy??? Yuk. In addition the young male had no clue what he was doing, made a complete mess of it and the cup was sticky and gross. He attempted to ask for some help from the other 2 girls working there but they weren’t interested, even though we were the ONLY ones in there! This store has lot of room for improvement. Need to check your products for freshness and train your employees! :(

Freezer burn taste. I don’t know what it is with the ice cream places I go to they just don’t taste as good as a Dairy Queen Blizzards. Where are all the Dairy Queens!

The ice cream is good, but you can tell it sits in those big tubs for a lon-time. Sometimes my ice cream tastes like a Togo’s Sandwich,

Came here with my dad while we waited for some family to arrive. I’ve never seen a Baskin-Robbins/Togos mixed before so I thought it was cool, boy was I wrong. They only have one line for both stores so we constantly had people bring shuffled around us to get to the Togos side while we waited. We ended up waiting for a good five minutes before being helped because there was only one person working the ice cream side. When I finally got up to order the lady who was helping just seemed like she was in a bad mood, I wasn’t even greeted with a «hello». After I ordered and paid I was standing there struggling to hold two cups of ice cream(my dad had went to find us seats) instead of handing me my change she set or down on the table expecting me to pick it up… Only reason the store isn’t getting one star is because was playing Red Hot Chili Peppers the while time we were there.
