I never write reviews but I am moved to comment on how terrible the service is here. Before I even became a customer I was so appalled at how awful the customer service was that I took my business elsewhere. From the very start he was very curt and rude and seemed to be bothered by my inquiries as to their pricing. I felt like I was bothering the guy just trying to get some simple facts. The entire correspondence was unclear and unorganized, responding partially to some of the questions I was asking. I mean, who sends out emails with no capital letters, no punctuation, and without a simple «thanks,» at the end? Someone who does not value your patronage. Avoid, you deserve better service.
