Overall was a good experience. Olivia was my massage therapist for my purchased groupon session. Loved the products they used and the time she spent on the areas were great. My only negative feedback is when filling out the paper it asked if you like heavy or moderate massage and I circled heavy but still it felt fairly light. Could just be me though! Overall great experience.

I used to love this Spa and then they changed owners a year ago. I still went there because of my favorite masseuse, Lee Ann. Last week I made an appointment with them for a massage with Lee Ann — when I get there they tell me Lee-​Ann is gone and I will now have this new girl. They never told me this when I made the appointment nor did they mention it when they called to confirm the appointment. So I have this new girl who was the worst masseuse ever — she kept digging her elbows into my back — even when I told her to stop. and that she was hurting me. I left half way through in anger and pain. I will never go back I am still in pain today one day after her «treatment»

Oh my goodness! That was literally the best massage I’ve ever had in my whole entire life. Olivia was my masseuse, and she was so professional and she just did a wonderful job. One big thing about my massage being good is if the masseuses hands are warm and Olivia’s hands were always warm… Her hands were so soft too and it was just amazing. I got the Groupon that included the massage for an hour, a body scrub, and the detox wrap. I’m so happy my husband bought me this package and I will definitely be coming back because it was just wonderful.

I really liked the massage therapist Tiffany. Just not crazy about the place.
The bed was not warm and soft. It felt like a chiropractic bed and the blankets were cold. I never warmed up. The music played at a very high volume so relaxing wasn’t an option. I was given a groupon gift. It included «body wrap». But that’s just the name of it not to be confused with wrapping your body in seran wrap. Instead it was like a plastic sheet that I laid on and it was folded up over my arms and legs. It was so uncomfortable that I had to remove it. Not worth the money. Better experience at other places. Warm blankets, soft bed and relaxing atmosphere are a «must» for me.

Upon using first time i was told if I bought four massages you get the fifth free. So, Over 2 months I bought four massages only to be told, «Oh, you don’t qualify, you have to buy all four massages up-​front.»
The massages are rudimentary here. Nothing better than you get at Massage Envy, just more expensive. I do not recommend on both counts. Customer service AND you can find an equal or better massage for less elsewhere.

WOW-​ZIE! My son and daughter in law gave me a Mothers Day gift of a massage and spa, and I found Simple Serenity.
The place is neat and clean and as soon as you walk in, the treatment begins with the ambiance and the professionalism.
Leeann is the BEST! Good touch and pressure. After the excellent MASSAGE, there was the SUGAR SCRUB, followed by an INFUSION WRAP of magnesium and herbs for a detox, and then the final — BODY BUTTER.
I was pampered for 2 hours and enjoyed every minute of it. Might have gotten some shut eye during the INFUSION but other than that, I wanted to appreciate each and every moment of the treatment. And I did!
Thank you Nic and Steph for such a thoughtful gift (a hint to other sons and daughters for their mothers!), and thank you Leeann for being there for me. I will be returning again, next time with 2 friends anxious for such a luxurious, fantastic treatment.

I was very disappointed as they booked my appointment a week prior to when I asked. My daughter was flying in from Nebraska and was only here for a few days and this was her birthday present, but they were unwilling to accommodate us when I called to confirm our appointment as I had not heard from them. I was then told they had called me at home the week before as I had missed the appointment and i had not received a call. They are very disorganized and have no receptionist per one person I was finally able to speak to. I can’t talk about their services as unable to get any.

Simple Serenity has a relaxing, quiet and comfortable spa setting perfect to unwind! The owner, Regina, as well as LeAnn and Tiffany, are delightfully helpful, knowledgable, professional and have always been pleasant. You’re greeted with warm smiles and instantly feel the positive vibes.
My husband and I have been to Simply Serenity for massages — ask for Tiffany for deep tissue! I’ve had a few other services — facials, mani/​pedi and purchase the Cellz+ products and powder foundation. Ask for Regina for a facial.
If it’s your first time, expect to fill-​out paperwork and arrive 10 – 15 mins early.
We showed up 15 min early for a 90 min massage and were greeted to a quiet area with a glass of wine and dark chocolate hershey kisses.
They accept Spa Finder gift cards, which are conveniently available at Costco for $ 79.99 valued at $ 100.00. Look for Groupon deals as well, however, they accept one or the other.
The spa is located in a quiet location where there isn’t a lot of traffic, people or cars. Huge plus for peace & quiet! They don’t over book which further ensures your experience is pleasant. The spa is nicely decorated and there are no bright lights. You feel as if you are the only person there. A perfect place where you can go to be pampered and relax! SERENITY!

I recently used a groupon that was given to me as a birthday gift and had very high expectations as usual. This is the first time in years that I haven’t been disappointed! Regina was awesome! Extremely funny and comfortable to be around! I was able to relax and unwind and thoroughly enjoy every moment of my experience! She didn’t push product but did make suggestions and was very honest that I get a discount with a groupon which wasn’t advertised. I look forward to visiting Regina and the Simple Serenity Spa again! Thank you Regina & team for one of the best experiences I’ve had in awhile!

They need to list their treatment prices. Very unorganized salon. The employees seem really frazzled whenever the owner is close by, and I felt forgotten as I waited over a half hour for my treatment. The products they carry there are amazing but that’s about the only positive. Avoid this spa!

I have been going to Simple Serenity spa for years. I love it! I get massages, facials, waxing and a while back I had some body wraps done. All are great! Such a relaxing environment and wonderful staff.
I am in love with the Cellz + products. I use the papaya cleanser, C + Hydrating spray, C + moisturizer SPF 30, glycolic gel and the healing and moisturizing night cream. They all are so great with my skin. I used to have problem skin –some blemishes and I started getting brown marks on my face called melasma from too much sun exposure. I went to Regina freaking out and she advised me to try these products. It worked so great! My brown spots faded — YAY — and my skin is so hydrated now.
I love this spa and the staff. Thank you Regina for having such great products and a wonderful place to get pampered!

A little miscommunication but everything worked out. This was my experience:
Early February, I saw a Groupon deal for the one 60-​minute aromatherapy massage, one body wrap and scrub, and one foot rub with wine and chocolates for $ 89 per person. I’m a pre-​planner so I thought, «Oh, I can take my boyfriend for his birthday» since we get massages every month, but a body wrap and scrub will make it a different experience. I had it all planned out in my head. Massage, pool party, then The Kitchen Restaurant.
Here’s the miscommunication:
Before purchasing, I called to see if they can do two people in the same room at the same time for the Groupon deal and the lady that answered said that it wasn’t a problem. After purchasing, I called to schedule an appt for the end of June for the two of us for the couple’s massage. They were very accommodating as I have scheduled really far in advance. Four months later I get a reminder call the day prior of the appt. and was then informed that there was a $ 40 additional charge to utilize the couple’s room which I voiced I wasn’t informed. She said she would still have me down for that anyway.
The next day when we showed up Leann greeted us and asked if we were still interested in doing the couple’s room for an additional $ 40. I said, «Oh when we bought the Groupon we weren’t informed that there was an additional charge.» She responded, «Oh I know you were let known by a couple of the girls here.» I was like, «I didn’t know until yesterday and it was just one lady that called.» Anyways, it wasn’t that big of a deal — minor communication glitch but I didn’t want to make it seem like I was trying to rip them off over $ 40 when I really wasn’t informed and of course I do not want to feel like I’m being ripped off either.
The actual service:
Anyhow, we went ahead and did the couple’s room because that’s what my boyfriend and I were accustomed to. However, there were never an additional charge anywhere else to do tandem massages (again, we get massages every month).
We were in the waiting area with a lush comfy couch. There was light piano music playing in the background in which I can appreciate. Some of the other day spas we have been to have some classical yet borderline eerie music playing.
They served us wine and «kisses» chocolates. Everything else from there was a thumbs up. They faced the beds diagonally where our legs were in different directions of the room but our heads face each other. I enjoyed the more intimate setting. We were pampered thoroughly and were extremely relaxed. Our therapists were extremely nice. My boyfriend loved it. I ended up paying $ 218 + 40 tip for the 2 hours of service. Worth it.

I purchased a groupon for a spa package. Got a pumpkin enzyme mask, facial massage, body scrub and herbal wrap. I wasn’t a fan of the skincare line. I never heard of Cellz and it is not sold on the internet. The facial did leave my face clean and glowing. However, I would have skipped the herbal wrap and scrub. She didn’t scrub my legs or arms very hard. I doubt any exfoliation took place and I could have done better. The herbal wrap wasn’t explained as to what effects I was to expect. I later read up on it and found out heat was supposed to be applied for any effects. She never had me on a heated blanket or anything if I was suppose to be sweating to release toxins. However, it was relaxing and a pleasant experience without the sales push to buy their products which I am thankful for. Just wish they sold obagi or did more peels.

Let me start by saying this:
As a guy I feel completely illiterate when it comes to spas. That being said, I totally understand why it’s so popular after visiting Regina at simple serenity.
As soon as I walked in the door I was greeted in hushed tones which immediately began to extinguish the days stresses. While waiting and filling out paperwork I had an opportunity to relax with a glass of red wine and chocolate. After that, Regina began her consult. Asking me about pain, sensitivity and any specific locations I’d like her to work on. After receiving a deep tissue massage I felt amazing! I can’t wait to return again soon!

I had the most amazing spa experience last weekend. It was my birthday and my family treated me to «Truly Serene Escape» package. I came out rejuvenated after a foot soak, full body massage with body butter and sugar scrub, facial complete with wine and dark choclates. Regina is always awesome. I have been going for facials to this place for about a year now — every 6 – 8 weeks. I added eye brows to my package. I never got my eyebrows waxed ever before. I was always sceptical of getting the shape ruined, getting it too thin etc. Regina listened to me and I love how my eyebrows turned out. I highly recommend this place. The atmosphere is truly serene.
P. S. I don’t like spas that sell you their products. Even though Simple Serenity carries the cosmetic line «Cellz» they never once offered me to buy anything. Another thumbs up!

Simple Serenity spa and Regina gave me the best facial I’ve ever had. I was relaxed and very comfortable. I left with silky smooth skin and a wonderful new day spa on my list of favorite places to get me a gift certificate!
Also, after 30 years of plucking and waxing my brows by «professionals», somebody finally got it right! I actually have the arch in my eyebrows I’ve wanted since high school!!!

First, Regina is fabulous — from her attitude on the phone to in person. I had a groupon I ws using & I didn’t feel like she treated me any differently. The spa is very inviting & relaxing — if the chairs you wait in were recliners I could have fallen asleep.
I had a facial with a pumpkin & pomegranite enzyme peel. My face feels fabulous. I am definitely going back.

Perfect place for some quiet and peaceful «me» time. This Spa is just what the name suggests– Serenity: a disposition free from stress. I received a massage and scrub package as a gift from my husband, so I wasn’t sure what to expect. Regina had been helpful on the phone and made me feel very comfortable from the moment I walked into the Spa. There were a lot of special touches added to this Spa that made me feel welcomed and relaxed immediately. Before the massage I had a foot soak and was able to just calm my heart and get peace of mind. Besides the massage being fabulous – I also enjoyed the scrub and wrap. I like this Spa because they use products that are good for your skin and they believe in them too.
Tip #1: Make sure you eat something before so that you don’t get hungry half way through. (Some of the treatments are over 2 hours.)
Tip #2: Look at the packages – good deals for couples and groups.
