Zero Ethics… Received an email from Emma Anderson asking to set up an appointment to view our property that we had for rent. We made the appointment for 1:30PM. Emma stated Ariana was coming to view the property with another person. As I arrived at 1:30 and reached to open the door, I receive a call from Ariana saying «sorry, we arent coming.»
As a realtor and just courteous person in general, I would never have someone drive all the way across town in the middle of the day & then cancel an appointment at the exact time they were supposed to meet. Very unprofessional!
To all people (people with properties for rent) that are meeting the SuiteAmerica, be warned. You may be stood up!
