Alpha Omega Pool Service, LLC

I am really frustrated with this company. Have been using them for about 2 years or so and they do not communicate info at all when something is wrong. Then they suddenly disappeared 2 weeks ago without notice. I paid them for August and was just about to pay them for Sept. after being out of town for a little while. But woke up in the morning and looked out back and my pool was pea soup green! The pool is full of algae and of course, no one answers the phone. The skimmer basked looks like it hadn’t been cleaned in a month, no chlorine in the basket and it cost me $ 80 and a lot of brushing and backwashing myself to be able to see the bottom of the pool. They never leave a receipt proving they have been there and I just feel like they don’t do anything but the minimum on the chem service I have had with them and paid them for a long time. Needless to say, I am firing them as soon as I can get ahold of them! I should ask for my last two weeks payment as well as they haven’t been here!

Alpha Omega Pool Service and Repair continues to do a great job maintaining my pool. They are on time and provide excellent customer service. They recently took care of my tile — it sparkles as it did when it was new. I would recommend them for any pool service, repair or tile cleaning you may need.
