Computers… we love ‘em when they work and hate ‘em when they don’t. Our network went down on a busy Monday and finding someone available to fix our problem was not easy. The first three calls went to answering machines and the fourth I struck GOLD! ERO Consulting not only answered the phone, but the owner Robert Osorio was on site within two hours… FANTASTIC. I like Robert’s no-​nosense approach. He went right to work and had us up and running in no time. Rather than just stop he investigated our entire system (at no additional charge) and was able to detect several other problems which he fixed.
Customer service was A+ and his rates are considerable lower than his competition. So low that I threw in a tip for his excellent service and attention to detail.
