One year ago I purchased a black 30 watch box /​storage case. It was a good for the price. My only gripe was the pillows, I would have liked them to be a little nicer. Oh, and the wood did chip easily.
I was recently looking at their website and noticed an 18 watch box 360 case in burl wood. It looks awesome!!! I went today to pick it up and am super happy with this purchase. Oh, the pillows are nicer and the quality seems better :)

Side note: I mostly dealt with them via email (very helpful and quick to respond) as it was difficult to get them on the phone (called 3 times on the same day and only got a voicemail greeting).

). I bought a leather strap from them about 2 years ago; I wear it regularly and it gets better with age. Their rep, I think Anthony, is very knowledgeable about watches. I’m a newbie at starting my watch collection, and he was extremely helpful when I called in asking about the appropriate ways to use tools, winders, and mix & match straps. My order was shipped out the same day. They even gave me a courtesy notification via email when my order arrived a day earlier than expected to ensure I don’t miss the package.
I’ve ordered some accessories from them since and have never had anything but a great experience. The only drawback sometimes is when I forget and call in between 12 – 2. They are usually not available at that time as the company policy is to allow all their employees to take a 2 hr lunch break during that time. Here’s a company that knows that if the employees are happy, they’ll treat the customer well. Kudos to them on customer service!
