My experience during the placement process for my cousin was seamless and conducted with professionalism and deep concern for their potential resident. Both Jessica C. and Crystal were as king and thoughtful as they could possibly be to me during this process of placing my cousin in their facility. I will be very happy to have my family member reside in this facility at which time they have availability. Very pleased with this facility’s staff and their friendliness when speaking on the telephone with them. The experiences that I have had with other nursing facilities have left me very disappointed but the staff at Cherrylee are so giving and friendly. They have put my mimd at peace. God bless them.
