I stopped by to buy a bouquet of flowers since it’s so close to home it was my first and definitely my last time ever coming here! Very Rude and grumpy old man rolling eyes as I asked a question. I don’t recommend coming here!

I wish I could leave a negative star! I wanted to order flowers for a friend so I went on their website, selected a bouquet that I liked, then called to make sure they could deliver it on time. When I called the sales rep was unfamiliar with the website, pricing, or their delivery process. She placed me on hold about 5 times to go and ask«the owner» the answers to my questions. To make a long story short, the sales rep stated that they would not give me the price reflected on their OWN website. When I pushed back at this absurd notion, with an inquiry of «why?», she simply hung up the phone. I called back and the«owner» answered. When I asked about the same thing the man hung up the phone also. Awesome way to earn business and treat potential customers. Judging by the other reviews, this is obviously not an isolated incident. I’ll be sure to share my experience with everyone I know.

Not happy with my card, yes the free card the flowers come with. It is my anniversary today and I received my flowers at work, when I opened the card it said«Happy Birthday » …really? It is not my birthday! My boyfriend stated it was our anniversary, how hard is it to grab the right card? I usually keep cards as mementos but not this time. Also my name was misspelled. Why doesn’t this place have an email where I can comment on? When I tried sending an email it wouldn’t go through. Not coming back to this place!

The flowers are not fresh and the bouquets are not that great looking yet super expensive. I’d rather go to another place, put out just a bit more money and get a way more beautiful bouquet.

I will give this place one start for being open, another start for doing what they do, but that is it. The sales people they have are always kids, they never want to be there and seem forced to help people. I just bought some flowers that were nice and smelled great, but when I went to check out this person sprayed the flowers with imitation scent, WHYWOULD I BUYFLOWERSTHATHAVEIMITATIONSCENT! That does not make sense, people buy flowers because they look and smell like the real thing, not to happy with this place and should be the last time I stop by…

Bf has been coming here a long long time to get roses for his mother but past few times the prices are going up, almost double now! Lady isn’t that nice either… Perhaps you should focus on customer service… Not planning on coming back ever again.

I’ve ordered and have had delivered flowers from Candy’s Florist to my wife a few times now. I have no complaints… The flowers get delivered in a timely manner. They look beautiful(or, so I’m told). And, they last for several days. My wife is happy, and I am happy!!! There is no reason for me to take a chance on anywhere else.

I hate to have to do this having been a long time customer… Felt I was over charged first of all… They charged me $ 7.00 for 1 stem of a flower to add to my arrangement… The worst part he didn’t make sure they ended up in the right hands when he delivered them… My dear friend is ill in the hospital… She got the flowers after a day… Not even a one Star… So disappointed…

No. This place doesn’t even deserve a star. Today is my mom’s birthday, and they had this $ 12.90 sale for a dozen roses. When walked in, a lady greeted me and I asked her for the 12.90 and she pulled me up for pre-made batch of red roses behind the glass screen. Like really? They weren’t even fresh! 4 of the roses were dead, and she didn’t even let me have TIME to pick a batch out myself. When I went to pay for them the lady was like, «Lemme just spray them with a scent» WOW, YOUR flowers aren’t even fresh enough for their own original scent to come off. Seriously, if you’re going to be selling roses, make them look fresh, and not have them pre-made. Make them when I order at the spot! I rather should’ve went to the florist all the way near Kranz Intermediate, whom WILL ask me what type of rose, and color. Including price worthy flower wrap, made within 10 minutes. Ugh, so raged. Before I stormed off the store, I checked all their other flowers, and most of them are dead. They CANNOT make flowers look its best. I still have 3 long steam white roses from mothers day, and they are STILL fresh, from a florist in San Gabriel, Genie Flowers. Costed me $ 38+ but worth it.

My son sent me flowers that were delivered by Candy’s. He ordered them several days before Mother’s Day to be delivered on Saturday. Instead they delivered them on the Wednesday before, left them on my front porch in the heat and they were dead two days later — before Mother’s Day! Not only would they not replace them, they didn’t even apologize. I refuse to receive flowers from them again!
