I usually don’t write reviews but this place was awesome ! I walked in with a picture n the workers randomly picked out a perfect frame for it within 10 seconds literally I didn’t have cash at the moment so n my purchase didn’t meet the minimum for a card purchase so I left my pic there to have it framed while I walked to the nearest ATM by the time I got back it was ready to go they have excellent service n a lot of frames to choose from n fair solid pricing check them out

Do not let the exterior fool you, these people are incredible!
This is the only place in the Greater Los Angeles are that does silk scroll mounting. Went here with 17 pieces that I wanted mounted on silk in the traditional manner and they were simply amazing. I recommend them without reservation and will be telling the local Asian art museums (who ship their pieces to the east coast) that there is a great place right here in town.

It looks like a wholesale place so the store and the location won’t look as tidy as a retail place, but it’s not my concern anyway. I am more focus one the price and quality. Chiang’s Frame Inc delivered all that. Tom is a good guy to deal with. I bought an oil painting online and he clearly explained, quote me for stretching and framing. Price is very reasonable. I also bought another oil painting from his store at a very good price. This store has a great selection of frames and framing quality is excellent. A good frame really helps the artwork look more outstanding. Chiang’s Frame Inc is on my contact list and I strongly recommend it.
