This place is probably the opposite of what you would expect from your regular phở place: above average food(I mean really, how good can phở be, right?), but OUTSTANDING service. I came here a couple of months ago, and apparently they had all these specials and good deals. Maybe it’s one of those deals that you get for speaking Chinese, but we got free egg-rolls and drinks when we ordered a minimum of $ 20. How easy is it to order $ 20 worth of food between a family of four, right? Well, needless to say, we left very full and pretty pleased. The prices are very reasonable and the service is really good. They check up on you and actually ask if you would like anything else. Come here. It’s clean, the people are friendly, and the food is pretty solid.

Nice and clean. Vermicelli(dry noodle) with grilled pork + spring rolls is light and good for summer. The Phở soup is rich beef flavor. Now the meals come with free soda(soda only). They are can soda, not the cheap fountain drinks. And free Spring rolls(full size comes with lettuce and mints) with $ 20 dollars purchase.

Awesome. The food is inexpensive, served quickly and delicious. Best of all the place is very clean. I hate asian restaurants where the condiment bottles are sticky and crusty with saucy crud. The portions here are very generous and the service is great. Seriously read my other reviews, if a restaurant sucks I’ll honestly say it sucks. This place… doesn’t suck.

3.5 stars! This place has seen better days. Once a go-to Phở place(phở Hien), now it’s just barely competing with the other 20 or so within the half mile radius. Prices are so-so($ 5−6/order), and they do charge $.50 for ice tea(free at most Viet restaurants). The broth tasted similar to the previous owner’s as they must have transferred the recipe along with the restaurant, the quality of the beef is good. Portion is average size and the restaurant is clean(maybe it’s because it was fairly empty even during lunch time).

This place is hella modernized. After it being taken over, apparently the décor changed like crazy. My initial reaction to walking in was«this place is clean» which is a bad thing. Most modern phở places are whack. But this place wasnt too bad. The guy who took our order ordered with an ipad! The menu was simple as there was only two sides, one side was a list of phở and the other side was drinks. The were two appetizers and thats it. I ordered the dac biet which came out decent, wasnt too bad. It only comes in one size though so it was like a small. Super cheap though it was like 6 bucks. The cups that the water comes out it were like ikea white mugs. I was shocked because usually there in the dirty plastic cups. Like i said, modernized. Because of the décor, i gave this place 4 stars or else it would of been 3.

On another Phở mission in the 626 area. Their Phở isn’t the greatest. Their one rice plate is just ok, the grilled pork was on the sweet side. This place is Cash Only even though Unilocal listed Credit Card accepted. Place is clean and the server was nice.

This used to be Phở Hien but it was taken over. The phở is the same recipe as before. Same menu and drinks. The only difference is the décor. They added booths and walls up, instead of just tables all over the floor.
