I really cant say enough great things about your employee Roxana. By far the most courteous, honest and genuinely caring sales associate I have encountered. Her customer service is up to par and continuously exceptional. She continues to go above and beyond for me n never hesitates to help me out when I have a question or concern. Roxana is a great example of what a sales associate should be. If you are looking for a metro phone I highly suggest this location. N don’t forget to ask for Roxana :) Well done guys!

Roxana De La Torre was such an amazing help. She made my experience so much easier and her vibe was phenomenal! I really thought I was going to have to translate to my parents the whole time but the fact that she spoke excellent Spanish made my job easier! She has been by far the best and most helpful salesmen I’ve ever encountered! If you ever go to this store & need help she’s your girl.

This is a fantastic place to get great prices and service on cell phones. I personally was helped by a very nice woman named Irene, she was very clear and precise on all of the information I needed in order to get my plan set up. She has very great taste in phones too, she suggested that get the new LG phone and it works fantastic! I am very pleased with my service and will definitely be coming back and will continue to keep metro pcs as my cell phone carrier.

When a place has a security officer, is two reason protection of customers and theft, also the associate that work here know that they have protection, so they don’t care about customer service, friendliness, a smile or make you feel at home, they just know that you need them and they are doing you a favor, and if you don’t like it you can leave and take your business else where, just because you are a corporate store for Metro P of S! Does mean that you get a pass in being an a hole!

Every time I go there they are very fast and helpfully. I never have any problems getting my Phone bill paid. Lots of help.

COSTUMERS BEWARE!!!
As a degree holder in Business Administration and an Owner of a Photography Studio, I deal with all types of Guest (costumers) I also know how a business should run and how its employee should act around their guests. In this particular Metro PCS, We had returned a defective BRAND NEW out of the box Samsung S3 and ask that it be replaced with another non defective brand new S3 phone.
While the first «specialist «who goes by the name Myra, tried her very best to help us, unfortunately she mistakenly or not knowingly gave us a used replacement phone. When we asked her to give us a new one she is not able to replace the one she had already given us and she informed us that there is no guarantee that we will get a new phone unless we take the phone from the actual metro pcs where we originally purchase the phone.
I then asked to give us the original phone back so I can return it to the original store, her co worker who claimed that her name is «ROXANA» interrupted Myra and took over the situation, At this point I had the impression that she is the manager of this store because she took over a complaint situation that an employee is more than capable of handling. This Roxana have a sarcastic tone to her voice and giving off attitude. When I called their 888 number and told them of the situation and asked for their advice, ROXANA revealed that she is not the manager and that we can talk to the manager the following morning about getting our original phone back. They would not release our original phone back to us which I believe to be against the LAW.
This review is to merely warn you if you plan to visit this particular branch. To be fair, not everyone in this store is lazy and rude, but there are a few like ROXANA, who will give you an attitude because you are complaining. Reading the other people’s review about this branch, I seem to be NOT THE ONLY ONE Who had this bad experience and treated with disrespect. I will be filing a formal complaint to the Better Business Bureau and I will be filing a formal complaint about this specific incident to their corporate office.

the service is horrible, also they do not offer many phones. they are rude to the customers. Also, another advice would be to stop posting flyers on cars. It is very annoying and waste of paper. Gives me another reason to post this review.

First place being here, and I got to say pretty awesome. Great set up and people are really friendly and what struck me the most is that, if you would like to just make a quick stop they have a machine outside just for you to pay for your phone if you are in a hurry or not in the mood for human contact.

So far I’m a fan! 4G baby!!! Something that makes me laugh since dealing with metro is that some stores have armed security. I mean damzzzz!!! Yes I’ve heard the jokes about metro but they have good thing with the no contract set up. I went in here to get everything started and first you have to put name on list, then they call you to get phone or basically get any kind of service in store. The girl helping us was freindly and informative and everything considered I felt it was a nice transaction. So it been a few weeks and no problems yet and I love my phone so much. This is a clean store in a cramped mini plaza.
