Best place to get chicken around my house. Everything tastes home made. The horchata is really good. Prices are pretty cheap too. I can get a full meal plus drink for about $ 7.

I’m surprised there hasn’t been a review posted yet. According to my spending Excel spreadsheet, I’ve eaten here twice in November 2010. Chicken is their specialty, but they serve a lot of items you’ll find in Mexican restaurants which are posted all over the walls and not on their menu board. Ask for a menu to see all the stuff they serve consolidated.
Recently I got the half chicken for $ 6, which is 4-​piece chicken with salsa and tortillas. The chicken was moist and had good flavoring. Tortillas were warm and homemade. The salsa was on the spicy side and also homemade.
I think there’s only one person working the front and one person working the back, so if there are orders ahead of you, there will be a bit of a wait.
Some times you’ll see someone dressed up in a chicken costume standing on the sidewalk with a sign trying to lure drivers in.
