I am done paying the high prices for uniforms, when the company comes to the school. I am done waiting in long lines. I overheard mom talk about Red Dot. I googled and didn’t find much info, so I took a chance and drove down there. ANYTHING to save me from paying too much. The Red Dot store is small, crowded, cluttered and packed, but don’t walk out! Just tell the helpful people what you need, they know where everything is and in minutes you will have what you need and will be paying significantly less.

I needed some shirts to be embroidered and the owner of Red Dot gave me a great price! What I loved most of all is that he had all my stuff done on time! Thank you so much for the great service and I definitely recommend it to everyone!

I needed t shirts and hats custom made for my sons birthday party in a hurry since another company that I had originally ordered from canceled the jobs at the last minute due to the Christmas/New years holiday schedule and lack of staff (poor planning and unprofessional). I went into the Red Dot Uniforms store late on a Thursday evening with my dilemma and the owner, Sam, was very helpful and got both jobs done by the following Saturday. The embroidered hats and silkscreened t shirts turned out better than I had hoped! The party favors were a hit and my son and his friends were thrilled.

Came in on a Saturday to get Greek letters embroidered for the first time, it was done by Thursday. Great customer service and great work. Definitely coming back.

Had to place a last minute order for my college team. Was told by a few places in the area that my order can’t be done but Red Dot came through. In the end I had over 20 shirts embroidered and silk screened done in a weekend with great customer service. After telling a few friends, now they do just about all of Cal Poly’s Engineering Clubs. Thanks!

Worst customer service. The owner is very rude and does not know what customer service is about. My son goes to Foothill Christian and we have no other option to buy uniforms in a different store. I already filed a complaint with the principle of Foothill Christian.
