It’s been awhile since I have been to a gem show since I moved from CA, but I noticed this business has a profile and a few reviews, and wanted to contribute. I have only ever done business with them at gem shows. I don’t buy large quantities, I am more of a hobbyist than a true vendor. The man and woman that own the business are very nice, and they have even gone so far as to point out the their higher quality, but usually not more expensive, beads for me when I am looking for somethings specific. They do have little patience for someone who walks up to them with a strand of beads and asks them how they are supposed to wear them, understandably, especially when they are busy. They don’t speak the best English, but they usually have a high school aged relative with them to translate if needed. They have very good quality stones. It is not uncommon to have problems with beads, especially the less expensive ones, such as; not all the beads are the same shape and size, the holes aren’t properly drilled, and all the beads aren’t the same quality/color. I especially hate when the beads aren’t all the correct shape, such as ovals instead of round. I have never had problems with beads from Royal Quality, even the cheapest beads they have are very consistent. In the rare event there is a problem bead, it is never more than one or two on the strand. I remember finding them most often at the gem shows in Santa Monica. If you happen to be going to one, definitely look them up.

They have only the top quality stones and the holes are perfectly drilled. Anywhere else you have to anticipate waste as the stones are never uniform. I’ve been buying from them for over 15 years and they’re a super sweet family as well!
