Their food is fresh and delicious! The prices vary… I recommend the philly cheese streak panini, the Santa Fe panini & the pesto chicken panini! The salads are super delicious!!! My favorite has to be the Asian chicken salad! The paninis come with small side of potato salad which is super good!!! One day it has a bad taste & something was expired but I still went back to eat there! It is always full during lunch so go alittle bit before 1130 am or 12pm! Also there Popeye juice is amazingly delicious!!!

Nothing that has touched my lips even approaches average from their menu. Salad’s, soups, paninis? Forget about it! Lame jokes aside, if you’re fortunate enough to work or live near this place, pay them a visit. The service is the finishing touch, they’re very warm and helpful. Prices are reasonable. Selection isn’t the best, but what they make they nail to the walls. The food is flavored just right and never heavy on the stomach. It’s all made mostly from scratch This is a great lunch spot and I’ll be arriving early soon before work to try their breakfast!

If you like supporting small businesses, this is a great place to spend your dollars. The workers move fast and are very friendly. They have a breakfast and lunch menu which includes salads, panini’s and fresh juices. I had a strawberry field salad with chicken and it was really tasty. The prices are super low and I was shocked a green smoothie is $ 4. I will be back!

This place is awesome! It is a nice healthy alternative with great taste. By far my favorite item on the menu is the Chinese Chicken Salad. Very taste and a very generous portion. I’ve also had the Chicken Pesto Pannini with is fantastic as well. Keep it up guys!

Excellent customer service! I recommend the ½ Panini with ½ salad(Caesar, Taco or Greek) or a cup of soup and a drink. I’ve tried the Grilled cheese Pesto sandwich, the Strawberries fields salad, as suggested from the cashier and the Greek Chicken salad. Everything has been delicious so far and I’m looking forward to tasting more!

Today was my first time trying this place out. Not only was the lady behind the counter(I believe she was the owner) extremely patient with my food indecisiveness, she was also very accommodating(telling me what I could substitute, really caring about what kind of meal I was in the mood for, etc). I got the vegetarian pesto-spinach-avocado grilled cheese sandwich. It’s not on the menu but on a little sign by the cash register instead. This sandwich is the definition of a simple power food. At just under 5 dollars, ITS A STEAL. If you are a heavy cheese lover, this might not be for you as it only has a light layer of cheese but is filled to the prim with spinach instead. You’re choice of bread, I got mine on multigrain. Great healthy meal option vs the jack in the box and del taco nastiness in the same shopping center.

Ordered to go and it was fast! I got a strawberry fields salad with chicken and it was healthy, fresh, crisp and delicious! Can’t wait to try other stuff on the menu. It’s a bit on the pricey side, but I mean I guess you have to pay more to eat fresh.

Good variety, breads are good, sauces and veggies are tasty. Meats are sub par, I strongly recommend you don’t get any sandwich with turkey or roast beef, chicken and bacon are passable. BLTA and chicken pesto sandwich/wraps are both consistent and tasty choices. I work nearby so it’s very convenient and I sometimes eat here three four times a week so I’ve had basically everything on the menu.

This place is «healthy» for this location. Located in a business setting. So compared to the other option of fast foods, this would be a good choice. Other than that, overload of mayo. The outcome of the meal is deli style. The potatoes salads and coleslaw come in premade containers. The turkey was too salty, over processed for sure. I came here for lunch and we ordered the strawberry salad with turkey, the Santa fe chicken salad, and the turkey club. The strawberry salad did not go well with the turkey, we very good on its own though and we added avocados. The Santa fe chicken salad was not what I expected really mushy and all the textures were the same due to the overload of mayo. Supposibly it comes with cheese, avocado and some spice? I did not taste any of those things. The turkey club was the same meat as the strawberry turkey salad, salty and overly processed with the added bacon. I wanted to get the pesto pasta cup, but they forgot my order which I feel like it would’ve been pasta l, pesto, and mayo. Overall it’s a good attempt at healthy, I may come back for other items. They also do a half salad/sandwich deal but the good salads are restricted.

This is my lunch go-to spot. I love the service! I always get the Chicken Caesar Salad Wrap. Normally I can finish only half since the wrap is so big. They do have a soup of the day, so ask for that when you are feeling like its a soupy kind of day. They’re items are made fresh and are super healthy. They have smoothies too! They have a breakfast menu as well. I always order the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito and ask for extra salsa on the side! Yum! Every breakfast order also comes with their special cinnamon coffee so if you ever get the chance, definitely give that a try! FYI you can always call in to order and the best thing is that it’ll be ready within 5⁄10 minutes(if you ever want to beat the lunch line wait, you can just walk up to the cash register like a VIP customer to pay and pick up your order). The interesting thing is they don’t ask you for your name, you just tell them what you ordered and they’ll have it ready for you. Overall I really like this place! The pricing is great, service is excellent, and food is spectacular. I try to find every excuse to come here, maybe soon, you will as well!

The Deli Box is one of my favorite lunch places around work. They have an extensive menu of salads, sandwiches, wraps, and juices. They even have breakfast! For breakfast my favorite thing to order is the Chorizo Breakfast Burrito. I always ask for the skin to be crispy and they put it on the grill for a few more minutes. Inside it comes with egg, peppers, your choice of meat(chorizo, bacon, sausage, or all!), and potatoes. ^__^ The salsa comes on the side. For lunch my favorite thing is the Asian Chicken Salad(with avocado) and the greek Wrap. Sometimes the chicken is very moist but sometimes it may be on the dry side. I am usually a stickler about dry chicken but i don’t mind it here because it’s shredded and the dressing usually balances it out. It’s nice to have a healthy lunch spot between all the fast food places around here. Tip: call ahead during lunch time, there is usually a line around noon.

Just had their chicken pesto panini. IMO it was pretty bland and dry. They don’t put enough pesto sauce in it. And the price is $ 6.75 plus tax(9%), which comes out to $ 7.36. But for some reason the cashier lady charged me $ 7.88. Huh?! We’re only talking few cents but it’s the principle. But they do give you the option of a little side salad, either cole slaw or potato. They do make it when you order, so the wait is about 10 minutes for your food to to ready. Ample parking in shared lot. Seats inside and out.

This place is sort of hidden next to the 10 east freeway between the Rosemead and Baldwin exits on Flair Dr. near the drive-thru starbucks It’s a nice little place that includes paninis, salads, and wraps. Chicken pesto panini(5⁄5): cooked well and the texture of the chicken is good. The avocado is a good compliment. Buffalo chicken salad(3⁄5): the salad itself is fresh and good. I just thought the buffalo dressing was a little too overwhelming for a salad. Asian chicken salad(3.5÷5): it has fresh mixed greens, mandarin oranges, baby corn, and a lot of croutons. Same situation with the buffalo chicken salad — the dressing was the issue. I thought this one was too bland and not sweet enough. Cobb salad with chicken(4⁄5): I would say this is my favorite salad of the three, but not outstanding. I enjoyed the eggs and the variety of toppings on the salad, but the ranch dressing was too bland again! Overall, I would definitely come back to try more but I would lean more towards paninis. The staff is very friendly so 5 out of 5 there!

Another great lunch at the Deli Box. [Joeys voice] Chicken quesadilla: good, BLtA: good, Energy drink: good. 9⁄18 went to get a BLTA and I was very disappointed. The usual employees weren’t there. There was only one guy. He put one lettuce leaf, 3 slices of tomato, 1⁄3 of an avocado, and over cooked bacon. 1 star for today.

«Hidden» in the Flair Dr. plaza — we always passed by The Deli Box while on the 10E, yet never knew how to get into that plaza. Wanting to try a new sandwich /salad place, we decided to google-map our way here. It is in a kind of hidden plaza. while on the 10E, you exit Rosemead Blvd, but follow the signs for Flair Dr. and it’ll take to right to this plaza. It’s a small restaurant, with different wraps, salads, paninis, and juices. We got: Chicken Pesto Panini(7.75): The bread options for the paninis are: white, wheat, sourdough, rye, and squaw(I think). We got the sourdough and were not disapppointed. In addition to the chicken pesto, the panini also includes lettuce, tomatoes, and avocados. It’s made fresh to order and was very flavorful. The sourdough was nicely toasted without being oily, and it was yummy. Chinese Chicken Salad(6.99): I was debating between the strawberry fields salad, but decided to go with this(although I wish I got the strawberry fields — just to try something different). The salad was nothing special really, just your average chinese chicken salad — romaine, cabbage, green onions, bell peppers(i picked these out), sliced roasted almonds, crunchy noodles, fried wonton strips, chicken, mandarin oranges, and maybe some more veggies, I can’t remember. The chicken was pretty dry, and there wasn’t very much of it, nor were there many mandarin orange slices. Their dressing is pretty tasty, the salad tasted very fresh, and the crunchy stuff was perfectly crunchy(I got them on the side). They make their food to order, so I can see how it can get busy(especially during lunch hours) — but the staff is welcoming and patient, and I think they take phone-in orders. I’d probably like to come back to try more sandwiches and salads, since they were all fresh — maybe some juices too.

Cute little gem hidden in El Monte! Came in for lunch and was pretty excited to try their paninis because of the pictures I’ve seen and the reviews I’ve read. And what can I say, I was definitely not disappointed! I ordered the chicken pesto panini(thank you to everyone who suggested it haha). It’s seriously deliciousness with every bite! The sandwich was filled with chicken, tomato, pesto sauce, some lettuce, cheese, and avocado on sourdough bread. Seriously so delicious. It comes with a small side of potato salad which complimented the sandwich perfectly. The place is not that big, but not that small either. Just perfect for a spot to have lunch. The owner and the staff were very accommodating and super friendly. You can call ahead to place your order for pick up which, I think, is pretty convenient considering they get busy around lunch time because of the offices around. So excited to come back and try their salads and their wraps! Although it’s probably going to be hard since I want to come back for the chicken pesto panini haha

What a hidden gem! I went in here to get some food while studying across the plaza at Boba Bear. To my surprise, this place was delicious! I ordered the Chicken Pesto Panini: — Pesto Sauce — Cheese — Chicken — Tomato — AVOCADO — Lettuce It was soooooo good! It also came with a little side of potato salad.(another option was cole slaw) But this place definitely gave me a happy surprise! I would definitely come back for a study snack in the future!

I always drive by to the Starbucks but never ate here until now! Fast & friendly service. We came during the lunch rush and didn’t have to wait long at all! They have 1 person at the register, 1 person taking orders in line, 2 making sandwiches, and another making juices! We ordered the roast beef sandwich, Mediterranean chicken wrap, strawberry fields salad tossed with light dressing, Popeye & fat burner juices. Everything was delicious– this would have been a 5 star review but I didn’t receive my roast beef on rye like I asked for– I believe they put it on sourdough instead– it was still good but I was a little bummed about that. Anyway! I would still definitely come back! The salad was my favorite!

This place consistently has good food and is one of my work crew’s favorite places for lunch(and for catering!). Paninis, salads, wraps. all yummy. Prices aren’t bad either and the staff are always so friendly. SUPERCROWDED at lunchtime; best to order ahead or go a little bit after the rush if you can. They’ll deliver for a $ 20 minimum, but sometimes they are too busy for that and you have to go pick up. Conveniently located right off the 10 on the south side.

Located in the Flair Plaza, next to Starbucks, off the 10 freeway. Make sure you don’t come to this place during lunch hours. The place was pretty empty when we got in, however it started to get so packed that I felt a little claustrophobic. Service: friendly staff and efficient. Food: Greek salad: was good, portion was big enough to feed one person with a big appetite. Grilled cheese: you can customize your own. We got sourdough bread with mozzarella and it was not good. Should have gotten sourdough with cheddar. Oh wells. Vegetarian panini: eggplant, zucchini, yellow squash, pepper, balsamic vinaigrette and pesto with multi grain bread. It was meh. Add chips and a drink to any for $ 2 more. Not too bad. Parking: lots of parking in the plaza. They also have outside seating! Overall I wouldn’t come back here again anytime soon.
