WSS

This is a very good store that is very helpfull and the workers are very joyfullyI recently just got a pair of shoes and they had all the sizes and the workers didnt sound frustrated when I asked a lot of questions

They expect customers to buy dirty white flats for full price, that have nail polish and pen marks on them! Shoot, they crazy, cashier was rude, and said «there’s nothing wrong with them» lmao honey my a$# there’s nothing wrong with them. I’ll give my business to some place else.

This place got kids running around.. it’s pretty annoying.. Kids was hiding between clothes n the employee didn’t do anything..

WSS used to offer great deals with coupons and online ordering. For some reason, they are falling apart and this store does not help. I saw a pair of vans online but was unable to buy it. It gave me the store locator and I called to make sure they have it. When I got there, they charged me fill price and the «TEAM MEMBER» Angelique said they don’t honor online prices. This is their online website that we are talking about! I will never buy from WSS either at this store or their online website. Found a better deal from Kohls.

honestly if the deal on groupon didn’t seem great then i wouldn’t have ever stepped foot into WSS.
so i came to this location twice and honestly the staff is what really would prevent me from ever coming back or recommending this place to anyone.
they do say the typical thanks for coming to wss when you walk out but it’s like no smile, no eye contact, no approachable factor, no hello what can i help you out with today, etc. when i walk in or during my entire experience in the store. the staff in general leaves a bad vibe. i totally expected way more customer service than what i got here. i was besides myself. i used to work retail and it was always implanted in my brain that customer service is super important. apparently WSS doesn’t feel the same way. the two times i’ve came here; the store is pretty much empty. once in awhile there is a few stranglers walking through but i don’t see the staff helping anyone else either. big 5 is better than WSS in terms of service.
i pretty much helped myself around the store. grabbed the shoes that i could reach. the ones i couldn’t reach i didn’t even see a staff for me to ask for help. prices are normal nothing special. come here and expect nothing except for someone to ring you up as you pay. besides that you are on your own. in addition, check multiple shoe boxes with the same size because there’s some that is in better condition than others. just FYI.
lastly, avoid this WSS. heck avoid all WSS because i would assume that all WSS are the same after my 2 experiences at this location.

*they have a check in deal
*they sell clothing as well.
*they have a rewards membership program.

I went in to buy work boots and found what I was looking for. They had great prices, good selection, and great quality of boots. Also found some good shoes on clearance for cheap.

Two stars because I love the variety of shoes, clothes and low prices. On the other hand management is terrible!
I went in to exchange a dress I bought. So I grabbed the replacement and walked up to the counter. I put both the item I wanted to exchange and the new one on the counter for the «Manager» to ring up. Right away she said: «you can’t bring this clothes inside with you.» (not even a hello how are you) She went on to explain the store policy (which was not posted anywhere in the store) that states returned items should be left at the counter until the customer is ready to exchange. She didn’t say it so nicely but that’s what I translated it to. If that was the case then the bimbo sitting at the entrance should have told me that instead of letting me walk in with purchased merchandise in a WSS bag. Anywho, avoid this location if you’re big on customer service. I, for one, am on a search for a better WSS. Let me know if you find one before me!

Wow, we went to this store to get shoes but walked into a dramatic zoo. First off, this was one of the worst WSS we’ve been to. It was dirty, unorganized, and very unfriendly and unhelpful people. Kids were running freely as though it was a playground. I didn’t mind until a kid rammed me in the stomach with his head. After all the chaos and dodging of other zoo traffic, finally found shoes. At the register we were greeted by an assistant manager, full of hickeys on her neck, who proceeded to give us attitude and a difficult time about using a groupon. Long story short, she called another store and finally rang us up. That was the worst customer service I could have expected from an assistant manager. Wonder what the manager’s like???
