The worst customer service I have ever dealt with. When a lady named elyse picked up the phone she just said«what do you want» to start off with and then the whole time she was being rude and did not care about what I had to say, she just wanted the conversation to be over with. Then I asked for her manager and she said«I’m not going to tell you who is it if you need my help let me know if not then bye» What kind of service is that? Never again will I call this place.

I hate how it is not possible to give someone zero to negative stars. This place has the worst customer service. Even after you pay thousands of dollars for cabinets they treat you like you are bothering them when you are asking a question. I called to check the status of my payment so that they can release my cabinets to my contractor and the agent said, «I don’t know what the status is. I just got here and I am busy with a customer. I will check later or this afternoon. Why don’t you call back.» First and foremost I am a paying customer with a deadline. Secondly, there is something called customer service etiquette even if you are busy!!! Finally, if I can take my transaction back I will gladly pay double elsewhere to get my cabinets because I know they deserve my hard earned money and will treat me better than this place!!!
