I went in and told them I’d like a trim and my hair to be platinum all over. The lady said okay then came back a the color book asking me to choose one… I again repeated platinum, and made it more clear, a level 9 with ash not gold. She said okay then another stylist took me in her chair, did not introduce herself or say anything just got ready to do my hair.(Kinda rude)… While she applied the bleach she did it properly and watched it carefully, but when she washed it out I was expecting her to tone it, which she did not. I went back to the chair and my hair was an orangey yellow… She saw my facial expression and said she was going to tone it… But I really didn’t understand why she wouldn’t tone it in the bowl, as stylist do so they can wash it right when it needs to come out. She started to apply the color quickly(and carelessly) as she flung some of my just colored hair out of her way flinging it across my face and into my eye! That’s right, not only would my cheek be stained, but my eye was burning from the chemicals! I was livid! Ultimately, the trim was okay, the color was light but not platinum because she left the toner on too long, and she really wasn’t friendly. I will not be returning.
