Edible Arrangements

Not only are these arrangements pricey, which I am very well aware of, but you have to deal with incompetent customer service and bad service all together. Missing items. Fruit not up to par. Being that THEY FORGOT to deliver balloon with order, they offered to give a «free» 6 pc chocolate covered fruit box. Which this box of fruit was pulled off an arrangement, taken off the sticks and placed in the box. As explained by the mgr… we «usually» do this for customers when we make mistakes. USUALLY??? So are you in the habit of «making mistakes» and having to steal fruit off another arrangement to «fix» the problem? Not only were the staff inconsiderate, and laughed, at My expense, on my initial call to notify of the forgotten item, but I was transferred to 3 different employees, neither were helpful, rather useless, and mgr was no different. As I was told by mgr, that I need to understand that driver went back out on deliveries & it may be very late or the following day before 2^nd delivery of forgotten item can be sent out. I NEED to UNDERSTAND? Well… had the order been properly delivered FIRST time, there would be no need for a 2^nd delivery. Total incompetence & unprofessionalism, Typically, for the most part, when an order is placed, whether it be fruit, flowers, candy or any sentiment, it is done for a special, distinct and/​or individual reason. There is meaning behind it, a special sentiment of some sort. And we put ALL faith and trust in these companies to follow through on these orders and make good and with pride and honor. Because be it whatever reason it cannot be done personally by the ordering individual, we are expecting you, the company, to see it through… with pride.

Yay! Thanks to my gorgeous husband, I received two boxes of chocolate covered strawberries! Bless this place! My birthday was super awesome! If you know me, you know, I’m a sweet tooth! The strawberries were super ripe! They were so big!!! I have another favorite spot in El Paso where I buy my chocolate covered strawberries but this was top notch!
Thanks to the delivery driver for delivering to my neighbors home but calling me first to confirm!

I’ve purchased arrangements from them multiple times, and have always been very satisfied. The fruit is always fresh and choco is always delicious. My wife in particular loves your stuff ;) Thank you and keep it up!
