the 3 stars are based on their deshebrada tacos. they were lacking something, flavor maybe. the beans were really good, as was the rice.

I rode into town late and by the time I got my into the hotel and back out to look for food, places were already closing. 9:00pm on Saturday night is not late, but it was hard for me to find an open restaurant near the hotel. I got to this place as they were closing but the lady (owner?) saw it was only me and said they would take care of me. Score!
I ordered the Mole special I saw on the wall to make it easy for them and it was OK! The beans were getting cold because they were already closed but I was starving and didn’t care.
While I was in there, I saw a breakfast special of pork chop, 2 eggs and beans for $ 2.99! I came back the next morning and the breakfast was great and a super deal!
