Service is slow.
I like that the put green chilies to use. They will over cook any piece of meat, so forget about asking for medium rare on a steak.
Very good mexican shrimp cocktail. Shrimp quesadillias are good. Salsa is excellent.
This resturant is 3 things Authentic, friendly and slow.

My mom and sister have been telling me that this is the best place to eat Menudo here in El Paso, I finally got to go see for myself today and it was good. I wish the menudo had been a little meatier, it was too soupy, but good nonetheless. I thought about complaining that they only give you 2 slices of bread, but that’s probably a good thing.
The waiters and staff are super nice, however its so crowded that you get attended by more than one person, which means your order may be all over the place. They also have live music, which is kind of weird for the morning, but I guess it was okay since it was a Sunday morning, its loud, which isn’t my taste, but it does add some Mexican-​ess to the atmosphere.
Bottom line: good Menudo at a low price and a loud, festive atmosphere.
