Can’t say a bad thing about these guys. My computer black screened while I was playing a game and my pic started beeping. Shut it off and brought it to these guys. He called me within two hours of what was wrong with it and how to go about fixing it. Installed a new hard drive for me that he had in stock and installed a separate one that I purchased along with it. Recovered all of my important stuff from the crashed hard drive and put it back on the new one. Had it back to me by 4:30pm the first day I turned it in them. Excellent work! If I need anymore pc repairs I’m coming straight back to them!

When it comes to needing someone to look at and find a fix for your computer (or figuring out that it can’t be fixed) then Hugo at FireWire is THE Man you want to find.
My hard drive crashed and he found that it’s 10 years of living were coming to an end so, he built me a new hard drive. When it developed a liking for punishing my fat fingers with max frustration, a quick call to Hugo got me back in business fast.
He’s a consummate professional at what he does and that is what the world needs more of.
