I’ve decided to write a good review for Forever 21 at Sunland Park Mall with the intent that it will hopefully draw in more customers to actually buy the clothes in the store. This way there won’t be the overwhelming amount of merchandise and it would be possible to actually see the clothing items available. If more people would come in and buy clothes here then it might actually be possible to sort through clothing on the racks without accidentally knocking everything off the rack and adding to the overall messiness of the store! So okay maybe my thinking is a little skewed here but hey, you can only try right? In spite of the excess merchandise and general disorganization of the store, there’s just something about this place! It’s not quite your typical Forever 21. The space clearly used to be some kind of department store and it’s quite spacious. Maybe JC Penny? I went to Sunland Park Mall recently looking for a JC Penny and there was none to be found. Now that’s a first! Anyway, yes the interior is oddly charming and somehow retro. I actually feel like I’m back in the 80’s when I come in here. There may even be ghosts! It’s definitely not well organized, but what Forever 21 store really is? It’s all about just selling it all, somehow, someway. There are other slight annoyances like the fact that they keep most of the dressing room areas shut and you end up having to ask where the heck a dressing room is every time. I guess I don’t go there enough to remember. When I got to the checkout line all went smoothly until the cashier asked me if I wanted to buy a cami for $ 1.90(Very clever folks!). I readily accepted the offer but there was one problem: They did not have my cami size at the counter. So they had to go around searching for one. This ended up taking a good bit of time for this one little thing. I almost wish I would have declined the offer. But they finally figured it out and I was quite happy when they rang me up because the shirt I got ended up being like $ 3 instead of $ 10! In the end I paid like $ 5 for a cute shirt and a cami. Now that I can’t complain about!

So many clothes:) Found exactly the outfits I wanted– and TONS of sale items! Like, the lower floor was over 30% sale items. The mens department and plus size departments seemed smaller than most. There was also a small shoe department, and smaller accessory department. But honestly– I’ll take smaller sections of these in exchange for the large sale department. They always seem under-staffed, but the workers are very helpful and quick. The dressing room is underwhelming– if that matters to people?
