It’s not very often anything makes me want to «slap my mama» however this burger joint did just that. I also never ever compare any burger place to in and out but they have a contender. First of all the actual burger place is gorgeous! And very welcoming frisco the owners are from San Fransico and they have designed it look as such! i really enjoyed the overall burger experience at this place and since burgers are my weakness well there you go! I am sad that I no longer live in el paso and cant make it here once week or so for a cheat meal, but if you find you self in EP please stop by.

Always come here and forget to check in. A little history about Frisco. It has been here for over 30 years! After being bought by the new owners, she changed the décor and added new items to the menu. One thing she did that made this place awesome was added Frisco sticks: which are so much better than Chicos. Ever since the new items on the menu this place got extremely popular where additional space was needed. Kudos to the owner for doing this all by herself as a woman. Everything on the menu is good! Nothing is gross. They have sweet tea which is awesome! You want a good old fashion burger, this is your spot! Someone told you to eat at Chicos, come here instead! This place is really awesome! One thing I appreciate is seeing the same staff, Ursula is one of the waitresses there, she’s been there for years. The daughters also help run the restaurant. I also say, if the turn around with staff is not high the management is respected! The owner is really awesome! Love this place. Love the ownership and the fat girl In me loves the FOOD! Yummy!

A terrible place unless you know the owner! A big disappointment, especially since we heard it was comparable to Roscoe Burgers on the east side. Definitely not we have visited twice and both times not pleasant, first visit took forever and since we weren’t regulars we were basically ignored. The order and food took about 40 minutes. The food was adequate, in spite of the substandard customer service. Second visit we waited for 25 minutes and no one came to even ask for a drink order. We left and I will never frequent this place again. The sad part is the parking lot is always full, so others must have a much better experience. Roscoe’s and papas burgers are far superior! Save your money go elsewhere!

Tonight after driving by this place many times we decided to check it out. We looked up reviews and saw many good things online. When we arrived the parking lot was full which seemed like a good sign. We went in and was not greeted. We walked around trying to find the right table for our small family. There were many empty ones but they were all dirty. We walked back around and still no greeting. We sat in the waiting area for a table to possibly be cleaned. A waitress cleaned off a table and we got up to go sit down and right when I was about to sit we looked down and there was throw up, YESVOMIT, all over the seats and floor! It was disgusting! You would think that a business would make that kind of a mess a priority to clean up. No one wants to eat their dinner with that in their presence. I looked at my husband and he knew, we needed to leave. It was gross. The whole diner was dirty. There were many empty tables and all were dirty, the one with the vomit got wiped down, but the seats and floor were still covered in puke. I can NEVER eat there after seeing that. Maybe if the staff was a bit more friendly and maybe if a different table was cleaned and we did not see that. Maybe they could have put a cone up or guided us away from that table to a clean one. It was just a terrible experience. Not something I would have expected to find. /:

Had high hopes for it, not as good as lead to believe! Flavor was bland, and extremely greasy.

Excellent burgers and the pricing is great. Small space inside, so if you go during rush times, be prepared to wait for a seat. Friendly service.

This is a new favorite for me. I loved my burger. The décor is appealing(50’s themed). Everything about my dining experience was enjoyable. The only reason it doesn’t get 5 stars is because of the price. It gets expensive really quick if you want more than a burger and fry. However, the portions are large so if you do decide to splurge at a burger joint you will certainly leave full. Oh, and try the green sauce on the table. So good.

If you’re in the mood for the diner look and feel, Frisco’s fits the bill perfectly. The main attraction is the burger, which is what you’d want and expect from a place like this. Nothing fancy, but satisfying.

One of my favorite burger places in El Paso. I was turned on to this place by a long time local of El Paso. As soon as you walk in, you can’t but help notice the retro diner décor. With the exception of the very beginning of the lunch hour on the weekends, every time I’ve visited Frisco Burger, it’s been packed with patrons. Not necessarily a bad thing, It’s just indicative of how good their food is. The service is usually pretty good. Only bad episode I had was with a snappy server during a very busy night, but the great service all the other times have made up for it. During the peak times, parking sometimes becomes a problem. Not really a show stopper, but you might end up parking in odd places or roving around waiting for a spot to open up. One of my favorite things here is being able to add the hot dog on my burgers(Don’t judge me). To be fair, you don’t come to a burger joint to eat healthy. Also, I’m not going to be young for too much longer, so I’m trying to take advantage of my fast metabolism. I add it every time I visit Frisco Burger because you don’t always see it on other establishment’s menus. They are closed on Sundays and shut down during the summers, so get your burger fix before then. I actually love that they’re closed for the summers because –to me – it shows that they’re not solely all about making money and make sure they take time out for themselves.

More than just burgers. This hidden gem has it all! Fast and friendly service. The whole dinner is immaculate. The 50’d décor is awesome and adds to the while experience. I recommend the patti melt. The meat is seasoned just right and the cheese and onions just melted in your mouth. Get your Coke or Dr. Pepper fix here! They have the fountain drink machine tuned in. Definitely a must no matter what part of town you live on.

Now this is the place to come to if you are wanting an authentic hamburger inn. They serve some amazing food items and if you’re trying to get a «lean» «fat-free» anything then this is not the place for you. Frisco’s has been around for many many years and has been an established spot on the East side. Super close to the Post Office on Yarbrough you’ll recognize their quaint sign. Once you walk in you’ll love the 50’s diner feel it gives and how amazing the scent is. Trust me you’ll leave smelling like Frisco Burger Inn but whose complaining! Frisco’s is where you come for some greasy, flavorful, mouth-watering burgers. Add the extra cheese and call your cardiologist but I assure you it is worth it. I am a huge fan of their double meat double cheese and with every bite i take into their burgers I wish it would never end. The meat patties are very well size and the buns have a nice crunch to them with the butter they are lathered up with. Every time I come I always make sure to order their cheesesticks. The cheese gods must love Frisco because they are some of the best cheesesticks I have ever had. I always find myself comparing other places cheesticks to Frisco’s. You can get an awesome meal for under $ 10 bucks and leave with a tummy full and your crave buds satisfied. This is the place to come to when you want to cheat on your diet, or in my case, an old lover you make sure to visit every time you’re back in town.

Short Review: If you’re looking for a good diner style burger in the ELP, then look no further. Frisco Burger Inn knows what’s up. And based on how busy this place gets, peeps in the ELP do too. I recommend their double cheese burger and the grilled chicken sandwich. Prices are low and the service is great. If you’re in the area, give them a shot. Longer Review: Frisco Burger Inn is one of those places that I just happened to find on accident. I was originally on my way to a steakhouse that I had bookmarked and had to respond to e-mail. So, I pulled over and parked right in front of Frisco Burger Inn. The parking lot was packed and the place looked busy for a weekday night. I saw a few peeps leaving and I asked them about their experience at FBI. Dude’s response was«best burger ever». Dude’s lady friend stated that she doesn’t even like burgers but makes an exception if it’s from Frisco Burger Inn. Okay… I had to give them a shot and I’m glad I did. FBI is set up like your typical 50’s diner(think Mel’s Diner, Peach Pit, and Ruby’s). The place was spotless and every guest looked happy. I walked to the counter, picked up a menu, sat down, and within minutes, my order was taken. I opted for their $ 6.99 Doublemeat Burger(aka their double cheeseburger) and their $ 5.49 Grilled Chicken Sandwich(aka a grilled chicken sandwich). I admit, the burgers are on the thin side, but the size in diameter more than makes up for it. I loved my double cheeseburger. It was cooked just right, the bun was perfect, and the taste rivals my other favorites out there(i.e. IN-N-Out, Pearl’s, and Canada Steakburger). The chicken sandwich was pretty good too. I didn’t really want it. I only got the grilled chicken sandwich to reach the day’s macros. Overall, I was impressed with FBI. I just had to meet the brains behind the food. I ended up reaching out to the owner, MeYoung(sorry if I misspelled her name). I gave her props for the job well done. She was amazed that I just finished a double cheese burger and grilled chicken sandwich. My response to her… you’re burgers are too good to quit on. Those bad boys just got deMELished! Tips: -$ 1 extra for fries –Their Heart Breaker is 4 patties and 4 slices of cheese. –The Monster is 3 patties and 3 slices of cheese –They service also serve hot dogs and fish sandwiches

This is my favorite place to get a burger. Make sure you have it with the green salsa! Their philly cheese steak and frisco sticks are also incredible. Can’t go wrong here.

This is one of my favorite burger joints. I love the food here. Service might be lacking in availability at times, but I love the food. Did I mention that I love the food? I went here almost every week when I lived close by, but I have moved since and I can still remember how those burgers tasted! Bottom line, go there and eat. You know the service might be lacking, so get everything you can from the beginning and just enjoy your meal!

The food was good. Our waitress seemed to be overwhelmed, therefore she really didn’t attend to us. It took half and hour to get our food though. Those ketchup bottles are too dirty… Gross. I even saw another customer sit there with his son for the entire time we were there without even being spoken too, they just left because there order wasn’t even taken. Definitely a lack of communication between the employees. Behind the counter where the register is there were purses with charging cell phones and a few Starbucks drinks on the counter… Unprofessional to say the least. The young waitresses didn’t seem like they wanted to put in any effort with the customers. Overall it just seemed like one heck of a mess/train wreck.

This place is on my top 3 favorite restaurants to get a hamburger in El Paso. First of all let me say that their customer service is amazing. This somewhat of a 50s diner feel restaurant has great tasting food. I added bacon and avocado for that extra taste. Their fries are good too, not too greasy. One thing I do wish they had on the menu is shakes. After that juicy burger I craved a vanilla shake and was disappointed to find out that’s not offered but the server was quick to offer a root beer float which I denied because my heart was set on a shake. Other than that I recommend this place to anybody looking for a good burger and fries with a unique diner feel.

Yummm! Once you try Frisco’s, you’ll crave it constantly. The food isn’t exquisite, but it is delicious diner food. One of the coolest things about FBI is the fact that it’s a 50’s diner. There’s Beach Boys posters, an old school gas pump, chairs made from vintage cars, and just a whole lot of other cool memorabilia. Every time I go in there I feel like for just a few moments I’m actually in the 1950’s(although I know most diners in the 50’s wouldn’t have 50’s memorabilia… you don’t need to say it). FBI is usually busy, but I don’t think I’ve ever had to wait more than five minutes for a table. The food…*drool*. BLT’s made with Texas Toast, burgers that are toasted and piled high, and fries that are perfectly crisp on the outside and soft on the inside. I love the food at FBI! Frisco’s is somewhere everyone needs to try at least once. And don’t forget the Frisco Sticks! You’ll love them way more than Chico’s Tacos. The only reason I didn’t give FBI a 5 star rating is because the menu does diverge from American and Tex-Mex diner food… there is also some Asian dishes in their own section of the menu. I haven’t actually tried any of the Asian cuisine, but I hear it’s pretty good as well. I just think that kind of pulls from the whole ambiance, but I get it… owner’s choice. There aren’t really that many people that work in the front part of Frisco’s, usually it’s the owner and a couple of waitresses. They’re all really friendly and helpful… they’ll actually talk to you to figure out which dish you’ll like best. Like I said, not too many people up front so if FBI is packed you may have a little bit of a wait, but it’s never really an issue. Everyone here really does move with a lot of pep in their step, you’ll never catch them just hanging around.
