Just ordered a to go order from this location and was extremely disappointed with the service. When I called I was told that it was going to take 9 – 13 minutes for my order. Upon arriving 15 after I placed the order it still was not ready. The server then brought me my food missing two sides of fries. It took another 10 – 12 minutes just to get the fries out. So now I am going to have cold wings and fries for dinner. Probably will not attend hooters again. If you can’t keep your claim don’t make one.

Terrible service, i love coming out to hooters because the wings are delicious and i love watching sports. However! It has been twice already that we get sat and we get no service for 15 minutes, i hunted down the manager on both occasions. The first time i gave them the opportunity to make up for it, the second time was the last straw. I dont understand why we can’t at least get greeted. Not to mention a table got sat after us and they were greeted
Terrible service

First time in El Paso and wanted to watch the NBA playoffs so I checked out Unilocal.Despite Luke warm reviews I knew what I could reasonably expect. They were quite customer focused. They changed my TV to the game quickly, the food arrived on time and hot and the wait staff was attentive. Could not ask for much more other than the music, although good, was playing way too loud for my taste. I would have no problem recommending this location based on my one experience.

Hey so it’s been 12 years since I’ve been in El Paso but I think I’ll still leave a review anyways. This was the place! $ 9.99 for a pound of snow crab legs and cheap wings with hot girls serving them? Soldier heaven! But really, my battle buddies and I used to love frequent this place. Service could be slow but that’s because the house was always packed and we never mind. As long as we had beer, we were good.

Always come out happy from this place, which matches their slogan, «Hooters makes you happy.»
For some time after playing Sunday softball games me and the wife would always dine here. Although we don’t come as often now, we find ourselves here at least once a month. The service is good and sometimes great. Anytime I have had a problem with the food or service the waitresses are more than willing to fix it or have a manager handle it. One time their drum to flapper ratio was low. The manager offered to get us a new order of drums or a discount on the food. We took the discount as we didn’t want to waste food. He also thanked us and said it was definitely a kitchen problem that he would address.
Their souvenir shop is smaller than other Hooters around the country but not the smallest. I wish they had more stuff that was unique to my town, «El Chuco.»
Oh yeah and it’s been some time but the place has been remodeled with a wrap around bar and more tables and servers than before. Enjoy a cold one and remember that the servers aren’t angels but they definitely have wings.

Shouldn’t even be a full star. Celebrating my birthday with the family, ordered wings on the all you can eat special, it took 35+minutes to get the order out, then waitress say she’ll put a refill on wings so we get them sooner, well.35 plus minutes later, the wing orders had a glaze of hot sauce on them not dipped at all, to top it off, the waitress came back 25 minutes later for drink refills only, never offered to get another order of wings, she left and never came back, till check out time. So needless to say their service sucked, the wings are full of BATTER to look BIG, but they are NOT! The sliders were just slapped together, no dressing or condiments on sliders. Perhaps their all you can eat is not what the menu says, cause they don’t want you to order more.

Hooters is straight poop out of the toilet. I swear I could eat almost any other place. The girls aren’t even that hot either! Like there were some hobbits crawling around in there last time I went. I think I like my own poop more than hooters food. I didn’t even give a tip because I felt like I was eating the crap that gathers up in between the couch cushions. If someone pooped on a plate I would ask who ordered hooters wings. One time I saw a sewage truck get in an accident and I thought it was leaking hooters food. This place is straight doodoo sauce and I’ll never eat here.

Service was hit and miss… Food was good like always! The manager Buster made this the best experience EVER! awesome customer Service! Thanks Buster we’ll definitely be back!

The service was very poor. The waitress was nice and all but took an extremely long time to get drinks and food. The food was not bad once we got it but it disagreed with our stomachs. 3 out of 6 of us got sick later. I wouldn’t recommend this place unless you are just going for drinks and don’t mind waiting

So, it has been awhile since I’ve been to this location. In fact, my last visit was to a much smaller building with much less seating and a different look… it looks great now. Hooters always has a large audience so the extra seating is fitting. The wings have gotten bigger which I respect but it still has the same taste. I shouldn’t expect anything crazy different from such a safe wing location. You always get a safe meal when you visit and it will fill you up. As opposed to all other visits, service was quite exceptional and it was pleasant… is it a wing I HAVE to have? No. Is it one I’ll turn down? Nope.

Man food was great but Briana the server sucked! !! Why come to work if you are gonna be all SALTY? Girl, if you cant smile, be cordial, STAY THE F HOME! Your crappy attitude ruins everyone’s mojo… but not ours! My baby niece had a grand ol time, even she said you were rude! So if your gonna be in a foul mood, stay home! PLEASE!

Hooter’s attracts a certain type of customer that by nature are mostly males but that also disregard food taste and quality over waitress attire and pints of beer. Even when i was younger i didn’t find this place attractive and that solely based on the food. The wings are not that great and only provide something extremely salty to accompany your beer. Everything in the menu is basically fried which only really leaves you with choosing what kind of marinade you want to try. The service is a little pushy sometimes in terms of ordering more drinks. On a particular visit i remember ordering water to drink since it was early in the day and the service completely changed for my table. This is definitely a sports bar where you can watch the game and drink and be loud. The new remodel has really changed the feel of the restaurant but thats about the only thing that changed. Overall it is a very salty experience that you should only enjoy when you’re looking to get drunk to yell at your team lose in the finals.

Don’t waste your time or the calories. You could give one point for the sports selection and for the standard Hooters marinades.
The wings, burger and shrimps were cra (b)p! The beer tasted like a mix of left overs from last night. Even considering the close to the border bonus this place was way below average! Oh, the Hooters’ waitresses … For the first time not even worth mentioning.

We stopped by here for a last minute dinner and we had the fish and chips and something else and they were really good. They have sports playing on all their televisions. The service was good, it was really busy so it was pretty good for what it was. There were a lot of families there and as it got busier, a little bit of a wait time. Overall a pleasant experience, the food was better than I thought it would be.

I didn’t have any food so this review is based on service. I was with a group of 5 and everyone ordered wings except me, I ordered a bloody mary. The waitress brought everyone’s drinks but mine (understandable since it’s coming from the bar.) She assured me it was to be right out. She then proceeded to bring out the food. «Excuse me ma’am I still don’t have my drink» she nods and rushes off presumably to go get it. About 10 minutes later she asks how everyone’s food is, (without my drink)…well I asked her for it and she takes another 5 minutes to go get it. By the time she physically brings the drink to me everyone at the table is done with their food. No apologies were given, I might ve given her the benefit of the doubt if I hadn’t seen her texting and laughing with her coworkers. An apology can go a long way, airhead!

I had been here before and had been better impressed
We came in on a Thursday.
The added space seems to have been to much for the kitchen.
The fried mushrooms took forever and were lukewarm. The nachos tasted stale.
The hot wings were good but were not well dressed, they seem as if sauce was just poured over wings and they were not mixed. The garlic wings were good.
Service was ok, It look like the server just had too much going on to give us good service.
Would not recommend it if you are looking for good wings and good service

Let me start by saying that I WAS a big fan of Hooters.
After a long road trip my partner and I looked for a place to eat and settled on Hooters since it was the only spot open. It was late. We say ourself and then began the wait. For about 20 minutes we sat there waiting for someone to come by and at least take a drink order. This did not happen. Several servers walked pasted us and didn’t give us a second glance. At the 30 minute mark I got pissed. I stopped the next server to walk past us and asked «so how do we order». She looked confused. I told her we were sitting there for 30 minutes and no, no one came over to even take a drink order. So instead of her doing it right then and there she fetched another girl to do it. By the way it took her another 10 minutes to come over. The girl was very sweet and apologized many times and explained that the girl that works the section we were in was nowhere to be found. I understand that it wasn’t her fault and I drove on. We ordered. Food came back pretty quick. I was very disappointed. The boneless wings are now tiny nuggets, nothing like how they use to be. The curly fries, hard as rocks. The 1 thing that was good was the chocolate cake we took to go.
This place need to step up on customer service. The manager needs to crack the whip. Too many of the ladies standing around doing nothing. By pass this place folks.

Hooters was waaaay overdue for an overhaul, and now they deserve an updated review, they’ve really turned this place around!
I’ve always been a BIG fan of the food here, 3 Mile Island is easily one of my top 5 wing sauces of all time, and Hooters has by far the best breaded wings anywhere. They’ve expanded the menu and added many new sauces, haven’t tried them all, but the ones I have are really good.
Desserts here are awesome, I highly recommend both the chocolate cake and the caramel cheesecake, though perhaps not at the same time.
Atmosphere has remained largely the same, though there are A LOT more TVs. The restaurant is significantly cleaner than it used to be, and the service has improved. Unfortunately the place still gets obnoxiously loud and it is still a magnet for dirtbags and meathad tough guys, but that will always come with the Hooters territory.

New remodel just made this place wonderful (even for a wife!) Much more spacious and airy than it used to be, more beers on tap and much quieter. More TVs too! This location has definitely stepped its game up, great place to watch a game.
