I love Ice Creamed Myself so hard! Seriously the best ice cream you will find in the city! And they’re local. And it’s homemade. And they have some vegan options too. ICM is owned and operated by the coolest ladies who are entertaining and pretty amazing at whipping up different flavors of ice cream. The only way ICM could be better is if they owned a store that made their ice cream available at any time of the day… fingers crossed, one day. I first stumbled upon their stand at the Punk Rock Flea Market and was basically obsessed. The Punk Rock Flea Market isn’t weekly(although recently they’ve had more than once a month markets so it’s looking like they’ll continue to add more days) so I immediately took to looking them up on Facebook. Turns out they deliver(Eastside and Northeast mostly) and it actually made finding them a whole lot easier. On a side note, we got them out to a Unilocal event and seriously every. single. Unilocaler was in love with their ice cream. This past weekend my boyfriend and I ran into them at the Downtown El Paso’s Artist & Farmer’s Market. Score! It was a hella hot day too so ice cream was exactly what we needed. My boyfriend went with the Vegan Chocolate Fudge and I went with the Peanut Butter Pop. Loved the Peanut Butter Pop, it tasted like a homemade Resse’s Peanut Butter Cup in ice cream form. And I took some of Charles’ ice cream… so damn good! I didn’t steal enough to be definitive, but I’m pretty sure coconut milk was used in replacement of milk. It could’ve been Almond Milk… If you ever come across the ICM ladies, pick up a pint, a pop, and a taco(ice cream taco of course)! You will not be disappointed! Oh, also… bring cash. At the moment they don’t accept plastic.

This will be a short review for once. I had the privilege of trying their price cream at a Unilocal!event. They were giving away free samples of banana caramel. Usually, with a flavor like that, you get overly sweet and often very artificial flavors. This was not that. It tasted like… Yep… Bananas and caramel. If you go to the Punk Rock Flea Market… Check them out!
