I agree with previous reviewer. I recently took my elderly father in to see his PCP, Dr. Martin, for an injury he had sustained in a car accident. I was appalled, to say the least, when we had to wait 4 ½ hours to be seen! My father was not only in pain but hungry (he is a diabetic) and tired by the time we got in. While Dr. Martin is a very competent physician, sadly the same can not be said of his practice! The staff is very incompetent and disorganized! It took me an entire week to get a simple insulin refill called in to the pharmacy! I agree… this is very unprofessional and intolerable!

In all fairness I think Dr. Martin gives reasonable advice and is very competent. But as a consumer, his practice is terrible. Expect at minimum a 90 minute wait or more. The office is very disorganized. Come at your appointed time? Don’t be a sucker. Call first. Usually every chair is filled and you have to stand and wait while the two MDs see a chorus line of pharma reps who obviously are more important than you. This is intolerable.
