I wish there was a zero star option. The zero would go to the vintage director, not the entire establishment. there was horrible communication on their part about «their system». We drove 12+ hours one way to purchase vintage clothing and they were supposedly sold out of every type of item we were looking for. For a company that claims to cater to the vintage market… I verify that is complete b. s for their system would only be beneficial for very large scale buyers in foreign countries. This would never work for a small vintage boutique, which they so claim to cater to. They lead you to believe that there is a 50 lb minimum, yet they fill some bins with with 75+ lbs in which you have to take/​buy the entire bin. The bins are filled with about 75% crap and 25% decent grade. All in all, the person in charge of the vintage department, who in fact looked like a creepy goon, treated us like we were beggars on the street because we weren’t purchasing 10,000 $ in crap. Horrible and disheartening experience.
