Movers are the best, business practices are horrible. Movers made mistake on calculations of my invoice. Owner Roger called me about 18.00, REALLY! How pathetic, just write it off.
Won’t use them again, when they moved me into my home broke a panel on my China Cabinet purchased at Charolottes and Roger refused to pay for the repair.
Horrible horrible owner, when I booked the move spoke to owner’s son. He was rude and disrespectful!
Roger is pathetic, don’t know how they stay in business, trust me this is the last time I will use them!

I highly recommend move west for your next move! I’ve used two other moving companies here in El Paso before and they weren’t nearly as fast or as careful with my stuff as move west was. Over all great experience.

Timely, friendly and affordable! I am extremely happy with the service my family received from Move West! From booking my move with Sophia to my experience with their moving crew I am very impressed with this company.
The two membered crew were easy to work with and very efficient with their time. They made moving less stressful. A huge thanks to Move West for all that they do!

Do not recommend this company. I have used them three times. You’d think that, as a return customer that my return business would be acknowledged and appreciated. Not the case.
The guys that do the actual moving are great. Roger and his wife need to get it together regarding communication, pricing and invoicing, however. Roger has changed the price on me twice — after the move! He would tell me one thing, then change his price significantly after the job. He also damaged one of my pieces of furniture, though he did fix it. He took the damaged piece to his office to fix and I had to stay after him to get it back. It seems as if every time Roger is involved, things get a little murky. I don’t think this is a professional company at all and they’re pricey.

We hired them to move us from one part of ft bliss to another. They were incredibly professional and the price was amazing. We were very grateful for their friendly, efficient service. Highly recommended.

Not a good experience, the guys showed up and when they got there they had no boxes, packing tape, or packing paper. I guess the company never told them it was a pack and move. Then they had the nerve to say it was my fault! Luckily I still had the boxes and packing paper from my last move. I had to go buy them packing tape. Then when all was said and done they still charged me full price! Rip off! Do not use these guys!

We have used Move West 5 times during the last 9 years and have always been pleased. The owner, Roger, supervises his workers, who are always courteous (we especially like Gary). They work hard, fast and efficiently.

Prices alittle steep, however, These guys have moved me a few times already and have gone above and beyond in a timely fashion at that!
I have no inentions of needing their services any time soon, but i do suggest them if you are searching for a moving company.
