Best customer service I have seen in a retail store in quite some time. The staff was helpful, friendly and knowledgeable for all my questions. The store is clean and organized. I would go out of my way to get back to this location.

I’ve been there twice and both times I was pretty happy with their service.
When I went there for the first time, I wanted to buy resume papers but I couldn’t find it. I asked for a help, and the staff was very polite and knowledgeable about where their each product was located. He took me to the right aisle and gave me a recommendation of which paper I should get. Also, he told me that I should get a resume holder too as I wasn’t gonna send my resume to the company before my interview but bring it with me on the day of my interview. I didn’t even know there’s such stuff. I got complements from the managers on the resume holder. :) and yes I got the job thanks to them.
I went there again when I had to print out some documents. I only had a digital copy of them so they let me use their laptop to send the documents to their email and printed them out for me.
(Btw it’s a great service. All you have to do is to get their email and send stuff you wanna print out, then go to the «print out» counter behind the cashiers. There’s usually only one person working so you could wait quite a long time but it’s an useful service if you don’t have a printer at home.)
But again, the staff was there to show me how to do it step by step.
I’m glad this one is the closest one from my house. I’ll go look for a printer there next time :)

Employees stand around talking about girls and watching tv. Couldn’t get any help. Will NEVER be back. Also I secret shop this store gets a ZERO
