This Panda Express has been bashed a lot and I will take it upon myself to stand up for the underdog here. It seems like most of the reviews are in regards to the drive-through at this Panda Express location. I have only dined in here and I can’t say that I have ever had a bad experience(unlike some other Panda Expresses that I have been to). Tonight was the first time I ever came in so late(9:00 p.m.) and I was pleasantly surprised. I was initially hesitant to eat here at such a late hour because I figured that all the food would be soggy and almost gone. Boy was I wrong! Remarkably, the food was the freshest I’d ever had at any Panda Express! This was also a very relaxed time to come because there were no lines and we had plenty of time to decide on what we wanted to order. The other thing that impressed me was the service. The employees behind the counter seemed eager to serve and also offered food samples which is customary at all Panda Expresses. The service went above and beyond that however because one server in particular was in general very thorough and professional. I really liked the fact that she mentioned that one of the dishes contained peanuts should any of us have any peanut allergies. She was obviously trained well and clearly made an effort to put her good training into practice. Oh and this Panda Express location has a Tea Bar where you can order bubble teas and hot drinks for example. I think that overall this is a great Panda Express and I will definitely be back here at night in particular!

Worst Panda Express in El Paso they always mess up my order in the drive thru so I always have to go inside the restaurant to make sure they won’t mess it up. Last time I went the girl messed up my order and instead of getting me a new plate she took of some of the food and piled up my new order with it and it tasted horrible. Management is as well horrible I’ve meant the manager and she does not care what so ever of her customers. Worth wasting the gas to go to another Panda Express.

I’m not big on Chinese food but this was just ridiculous. My coworkers wanted to order from PE since is new in the northeast. It took over an hour of calling to place our order over the phone. Once it was picked up another 30 minutes of waiting and upon arrival the order was wrong. First and last time for me. Not big on chain restaurants anyway.

Food is ok. I’m actually writing this review from the drive thru que. been motionless for the last 15 minutes and waiting for a total of 25 thus far. Probably the slowest PE I’ve ever been to, and it’s pretty consistent at this location. Normally love this chain but come on, this is ridiculous. I only ordered a bowl: teriyaki chicken + steamed veggies. Bet I spent the equal money is gas just idling away here. Still waiting…

Very disappointed. 80%of the food I ordered was cold. Im a family of 5 and we spent $ 49. We could’ve had a hot meal at some other restaurant. Not the panda express I remember.

In general, I like the Panda Express chain. Sometimes I just get a hankering for a big plate of greasy Chinese food that’s fast and easy. Panda fits that craving. The first time I came to this location, it was slammed. I sat in the drive-thru line for over twenty minutes without so much as moving a measly inch forward. With about ten cars ahead of me and the menu board looking oh so far away, I actually ended up driving off in search of another fast food joint so I could get on with my night. Busy is fine as long as we keep it moving. The second time I went here, I thought I was clever by ordering online and paying beforehand. I figured we could just run in to their«express line» and pick it up without the long wait. My husband went in to retrieve our goodies and they did not have it ready. They were semi-busy but not slammed. My guess is our order was simply put into rotation when we arrived because we had to wait almost twenty-five minutes for an employee to fix our to-go plates. Kind of defeats the purpose of pick-up. Food tasted like its usually greasy self. This location should work on its time execution though. Major turn off for a «fast food» restaurant.

Readers, understand that this is a «new» option to eat/dine in Northeast, El Paso. Therefore, with all the hype, there will be lines inside and at the drive thru. So basically, your going to wait a avg. of 30 mins for food. If your not paitience, I don’t recommend going here till next year. Anyways, I stopped for lunch today and it was worth the wait! I waited at least 35 minutes in line, inside for just a panda bowl. While waiting, little cups of the Mango Freeze were given out to sample and help with anxious guests. When I finally got to order, the lady behind the counter greeted me as if I was the first person to order for the day. She was very friendly, attentive, and almost did a great job on up-selling me on an egg roll,.didn’t fall for that one.Lol. I ordered the famous orange chicken with chow mien. Unfortunately, they were running low on the chicken and asked if I could wait a few more minutes for the new batch. I said, Absolutely. The cashier took my payment and gave me a kids sized cup so I can have a drink while I wait for my completed order… overall, I thought the team today did a great job during my visit and hope they can do it again when I stop by. I would definitely go back here again.

This is not a Panda«Express». I came to the drive thru, and proceeded to wait for exactly an hour and 11 minutes. I hope it was a learning opportunity for this location. They ran out of a few items and the 2 people attending the drive thru were fooling around in front of the window. There was no sense of urgency despite how busy they were. Seems like there needs to be a change or addition to leadership. The food was alright. The fried rice was really smooshy and pretty mashed together and the chow mein was overcooked. The orange chicken was super spicey and coated with chile pepper. The building and parking lot looked clean. The drive thru window was dirty and greasy but understandable due to lack of down time. I don’t think I would come back or recommend this location to friends or family.
