This place is a JOKE. Walked in at 6:15pm on a Monday. We were the ONLY table until 7:00pm. Took 10 minutes to greet us and we had to clean our own table to be able to sit down. We should have left then. Our server, Desiree, did not seem to want to be at work tonight. She did get friendlier as the service went on. We order waters and it took another 10 minutes to get them. During that time, I made my way to the salad bar(which was half stocked). After returning with my salad and eating half of it, the waters made their way to our table and we finally order a basic large pepperoni pizza. We didn’t want anything complicated due to the service we were already receiving. Desiree did not tell us any specials(which I heard from a call-in). Our pizza took another 35 minutes. In that time frame, 3 individuals came in and ordered carry out. ALL carry out orders were completed before ours. I was so upset, that when the pizza was brought to the table, I asked for a box and our check. By far the worst service I have had at a YUM Establishment. Bathrooms were disgusting. I was afraid to touch anything! Every table was filthy and dirty. We didn’t feel welcome. We will NEVER return. We should have read the reviews before stepping foot in this horrible establishment. YUM Brands should be absolutely disappointed in this Pizza Hut.

We came for a late afternoon lunch… The bathrooms were disgusting, the restaurant was dirty… We even found ants on our table! The pizza was decent expect for it being a little burned. Maybe I will just stick with Little Caesars!

When I first got here the restaurant was pretty much empty, which should’ve been the first warning to me but hey it’s Pizza Hut, what can go wrong? When the first waitress came to see what we wanted to order I noticed her«I don’t want to here attitude». Then there were ants on our table. We ordered our food and we waited. I took a trip to the restroom which were VERY disgusting and dirty. I got a bad feeling in my stomach as I noticed the rest of the restaurant being dirty after I used the restroom. The pizza was decent, the workers looked high, and I will never return.

Poor service. Waited for 1hr and 30 min for delivery. I canceled and decided to walk the 5 blocks to another restaurant. They kept changing the delivery time. I travel to many parts of the country and love Pizza Hut service but this one is incompetent.

A sure sign of a good/smart pizza delivery person is that they have peppers & cheese when they deliver in the event the costumer would like them. I’m a frequent traveler and have found this is not always the case depending on what part of the country you’re in so I request peppers & cheese at the time of the ordering process and it’s always accomadated. This is the first Pizza Hut, or ANY pizza delivery that has ever told me that pepper or cheese packets cost an additional .18 per packet. That’s an instant turn off! That’s like a restuarant charging you for ice water. I hung up and called a local pizza place(Westside Pizza Express) and they delivered an amazing pizza with peppers & cheese at no extra cost and delivered to my hotel just 15 minutes later. I frequently have to work and stay in El Paso but will never call Pizza Hut in El Paso again. It’s the little things that get my business…
