Took a group of teens roller skating for my daughters birthday. They were so helpful with all my questions on the phone when I called for information. We went on a Sunday from 12 to 3 and even though I didn’t get the birthday package(it was already taken) they were wonderful and attentive and so helpful! Great experience, music and staff!

We went to the roller bomb skating rink here for this time in EL Paso. This is the only skating rink in EL Paso and it was a fun experience. We had a birthday skate party for our daughter and she had a blast. From arrival at 5pm the staff greeted us and explained the rules and regulations. We haven’t skate in over 10yrs however it was for our daughter. They had a system in place for skates and adult sizes you will have to use rollerblades. The kids have the option of quads. The sitting area is limited and the rink is small however you are there to skate. From past experiences in other states, if you did not purchase to skate you were not allowed on the skating rink without skates. There were a lot of kids learning how to skate and parents are allowed to go on the floor and assist their child to skate. There was food available and if you needed the party room it was a separate area. The music was great and it was your local«Pop“music from the radio station. Seeing the kids skating and parents involvement was great and this will leave some memories. There is limited staff on the floor to ensure everyone keeps moving. There’s staff on the skating rink floor to assist kids from falling or help get back up. Lastly, this is no way comparable to the movie«Roller-bounce» or for pro skaters but for children they will have a blast. After the one star review we were hesitant, but we all wanted to go roller skating. Glad we went and made the best of what was available. Hope this helped to determine to go roller skating here.

I normally don’t take time to write comments, but my experience at Roller Bomb was so bad that I had to share it. Maybe the managers will do something about it. 1. No quad skates for adults big disappointment 2. No order and discipline. You have one safety guy with skates on the floor, but he is not always on the rink. 3. The rink is waaaaaay too small. And it becomes chaos when you have little kids assisted by their parents(with no skates on the floor) and teenagers racing(like bats out of hell). 4. The music selection is terrible and sometimes the sound system will turn off for a little while.(Perhaps the DJ stepped out for a moment) Recommendation: 1. Get Quad skates for adults 2. The safety must remain on the rink at all times, you should get another safety so one can remain on the floor at all times. 3. You really need to consider expanding the rink or finding another location. In the mean time, you shouldn’t allow parents or personnel without skates on the floor. 4. Your DJ needs to play music for all ages. Or have a request board outside so people can request songs. My experience is based on several visits, not just one. I finally decided to stop going to Roller Bomb because I realized that no matter what day it was, it was simply going to be a mess as usual. I wish there were other skating rinks around El Paso, TX, but unfortunately this is it. And I really miss skating.

This place is terrible. Went on a Friday night for a promotion party, stood in line for about 25 minutes without moving. Decided then to just walk in as there was no one watching the door. We found our group and we collectively decided to leave. The size is small which would be okay if utilized correctly. There was NOORDER anywhere in this place. There were no employees skating so there were kids going every which way, pushing, fighting, and intentionally trying to knock people over. There was soda and food spilled all over the floor, kids were just skating through it and no one was cleaning it up or clearing the abandoned tables. They didn’t even have any music playing. There were way to many people in there I know they were over the fire code. Then when we tried to leave is took at least 30 minutes just to return skates, seriously? This place is out of control. I know that they want the kids to have fun but that is no reason to lack on safety or order. Sometimes you have to yell at other people’s kids especially when their parents drop them off to be your problem. Oh and added fun fact, they don’t have quad skates in any sizes above toddler. Also the dress code does not apply to 12 year old girls running around in things most women would wear to bed(I would NEVER let my kid leave the house like that).
