I naturally compared Souper Salad to the only other salad buffet I’ve visited, Sweet Tomatoes. It’s nice to have a similar restaurant option here in El Paso even if it doesn’t quite measure up. The salad buffet had prepared salad mixes as well as plain salad beds with a large variety of salad toppings and cold pasta salads. After you reach the end of the salad bar, grab some delicious corn bread, maybe try the spiced gingerbread(a little dry when I tried it) or pizza, and fill up on their variety of soups. I was surprised to also find a little taco bar. It wasn’t too busy on a Sunday for lunch(possibly because of the cold weather). There’s plenty of seating though for any lunch/dinner rush that might come their way. I was with a group of at least 15 people. I would come back for their soups! They have anywhere between 3 – 5 different kinds out.
