Man how this place grew in some ways. This is original shop was a «Great hole in the wall place». Now it’s just a Great place to get food.
Tend to order by the lb easier that way. The potatoes are good. It’s just good old «real» Mexican food.

The tacos are tiny and too expensive for what you get. I got an order to go and the bag felt like it was empty. I ordered tacos de buche. Which tasted ok, nothing like the taquerias in California. I’ll give this place another try. Maybe I’ll get more bang for my buck if I get a burrito.

The customer service is great and the food is delicious. You can see the kitchen so you know the food is not being tampered with. The food is fresh and it comes out fast.

Tacos were too small for the price. They do stuff them though. Canned tea drinks are not my style, the menu lacks appetite for the viewer, and plate presentation has little to be desired. The shrimp cocktail, although served in a big gobblet lacks shrimp and full of tomatoes taste with fixings. The seating reminds me of High School lunch seating with long tables and aluminum chairs. The Televisions are loud and providing sports entertainment. A bright yellow interior walls, with poor A/​C conditions. Service is unconventional with visual of dirty grills. Beer is served, no draft.

The Don Cuco Burger is absolutely the best burger in El Paso!
Can become habit forming very quickly. They also have terrific
quesadilla’s. They recently added chicken tacos. It is not fancy
it is terrific food at a terrific price. They have a cook name Ira
who works weekdays. Ira has mastered the best burger in
El Paso. Check it out; you won’t be disappointed.
