Customer service has everything to do with a business. Sometimes a friendly hello can always brighten someone’s day. Well I was in need of a part for my car and I called. A lady answered and I could not understand what she was saying so I asked her, «is this were I can get a part for my car» she said yes hold on” in a rude manner. So I was holding for a while and thought maybe she forgot I was waiting so I called again. I told her I was calling because I need a part for my car. She then told me «hold on! «. I called back and told her she did that to me 2 times. She said «because I’m busy with customers hold on!!» she kept leaving me on hold for a long time. I called back and told her I’d like to speak to the supervisor, she said «I’m the supervisor» and hung up on me very poor customer service and I don’t recommend it
