Up In Vapor LLC

So after years of smoking, I had tried everything in the world in order to quit. Nothing had worked, so I turned to Vaping. I got myself a nice starter kit, and bye bye smoking.
After a few weeks, I decided to upgraded my tank. I came in, they got me hooked up, and I was on my way. It wasnt 25 minutes before I had to come back in because the tank I purchased just was not going together properly. The guys took a while fighting with the tank, and were finally able to get it together the right way. Grateful, I thanked them and headed out. The tank worked fine for a bit, then started flooding and leaking all the time. I fought it for 2 days, and then went back into the shop at the first chance I got. When I showed the manager what was wrong, and they took another look at it. When they found out that it was just a badly machined part (an occasional byproduct of mass-​production), she immediately exchanged my tank for a brand new one. The got it all set up and made sure the new tank worked properly, and I have not had a problem ever since.
To make a long story short, these guys care about what they are doing, and they strive to make sure the customer is taken care of as well as making sure the customer enjoys the best vaping experience possible.
Up in Vapor prepares their own E-​juices, and they have a large assortment of flavors to choose from. They also carry other brands of E-​juice. My favorites are Elvis Pie (Up In vapor) and Colonel’s Custard (BRV).

Never have I came here and experienced anything less than amazing service. Friendly staff with crazy knowledge of everything in there selection. Amazing flavors all round and have yet to find one that I won’t vape on a regular.

I am from riverside California. I’m very hard to impress when it comes to vape shops. This place really impressed me with their knowledge and variety of products and juice. This shop was hard to find because I’m not from the area but I’m very glad I took the time to look. This shop had everything I was looking for and more. They can mix you almost anything. This is the closest I’ve seen to Cali vape shops in the three weeks I’ve been on vacation. Anyone who can find this hidden gem is in for a good treat. Fantastic customer service! They were so patient with my husband when he was looking into starting and helped him figure out what he was looking for. They also had parts for my preexisting piece!

These guys were who I got my E-​Cig from. I haven’t smoked a REAL cigarette in 2 months. My Nicotine is down to 12 and I am feeling awesome. Every time I have a dumb question, they answer it NO PROBLEM. This is «My shop» and though I have been to others, especially out of state, I’m always like «I wonder if my shop will do/​have/​sell this?» Guess what? They do. AWESOME JOB GUYS!

AWESOME! I’ve been here like 3 or 4 times and refuse to go anywhere else the staff is always off the chain translation they are never party poopers and you never know what you will hear. It could be offensive to the sensitive but thats one of the reasons I will always come back because they never change! Not ever making any one person feel awkward it’s the same across the board for everyone. Prices are awesome and they’re mixes are man oh man! I just recently moved to El Paso, fort bliss to be exact from Orange County California and was looking around for a vape store when I came stumbling to this one. Vaping is extremely popular where I am from and I was craving some new liquid for my egotwist. As soon as my wife and I walked in, the workers were extremely helpful and genuine. Instead of trying to sell their products they were really helpful with what kind of flavors I would love. The variety is amazing. Despite the location of the store and size, it’s one of the best vape stores I’ve been to! Definitely will be back!

Best place for vapors in all of El Paso. Mr. Tyler was not only knowledgeable in the science of vaping, he was also extremely courteous and professional. It is a small hidden gem in an office park off of Rojas and south of Goodyear. They have a huge selection of juice to choose from. i.e. flavors, strengths, and even organic and non-​nicotine based to accommodate even the casual vapor with a distinctive taste. Coupled with great pricing, this place is a must visit for avid vapors as well as those looking to quit smoking. Highly recommend. I give Up In Vapor, LLC two thumbs up.
