Very small place and hardly ever open, but no better place for lunch in Taos. I had a great Cuban sandwich and a perfect salad. They have some Asian influenced selections as well and it’s obvious that great care is taken with everything. I loved Café Ricochet when these guys owned it so I followed them here on this trip to Taos – different location, but same superb quality.

Shelia Guzman is one of my fave chefs in Taos. She never lets me down when it comes to great food, high quality, and great taste. There’s really nothing I cannot recommend on this menu. There’s SO much that’s good. of course, the specials are always WAY above extraordinary.
