This B&B has great animals, HOWEVER the people who own it are Incredibly Unprofessional & downright Psychotic! I stayed there & allowed a friend to sleep there for a few hours on Saturday night and left at 6am to work. When I went to Leave to get breakfast with my «2nd» friend, early Sunday morning the gate was blocked by their truck so we could not leave & the couple came out and assaulted us verbally! Not to mention being held«hostage» if you will! She was upset a third person had spent the night even though we arrived late(11pm) without making a noise, and the«3rd» person left to work at 6am! I was told I’m a thief and a liar and she was going to have me arrested. She then proceeded to kick me out of the room which I had booked for 2 nights & charged me an additional fee for the 3rd person, as well as double charging me for the room for a total of $ 592… I work in Taos as a medical provider to the community & this treatment was more than Appalling, I can’t even begin to explain how violated we Felt by these people Shantel & her Husband. So much so, I considered filing a police report. Instead I will let you know, stay at your Own Risk of assault! This was hands down THEWORST, shortest & most expensive, borderline terrifying place I’ve ever stayed!!!
